Hi all, I used to own this car. It was modified, but now back to stock except for valve springs, fuel pump and Atomic flex plate. I can vouch as I work for the group selling the car. Sounds like the throttle body hose popped off on the test drive! Has done it to me a few times. And I am young, hence why I liked the exhaust haha. I'm also selling the aftermarket parts, if anyone is interested. Were only on the car for around 2000km before I traded it in. Any other questions about the car, feel free to ask me. Cheers.

Hi guys, My car is underboosting and getting an error P1228 wastegate open (under pressure). It doesn't run rough or anything. It is tuned at 18psi but only now making around 13-14psi. The car drives normal, wouldnt even be able to tell anything was wrong apart from less boost at high rpm. It pulls normal until around 4000rpm. Any ideas? I'm not sure if it is an intercooler hose split, as I was going through the papers when I bought my car and it did have the intercooler hose replaced under warranty with "wastegate error" done before. But cant be 100% as they didn't put the error code on the paperwork. Or not sure if it is the wastegate actuator. I cant take my car to my tuner until the 6th January as he is closed, any ideas so I can fix myself until I can take it to my tuner? Thank you.

Thanks for the reply. It could be, ive had a look and no scuff marks. Would it be hitting where the dump pipe is? it is pretty close to the block.

Hi guys, New to the forum so sorry if this has been covered before. I have done some searching and couldn't find anything. I have a 2009 FPV FG F6 Ute, and every time I turn right I get a clunk/click. It will clunk/click a few times whilst turning if the road is bumpy. It will clunk/click over bumps on the road but need to be decent ones, or it wont. I have taken the sway bar and link pins off to see if the noise was still there and it was, so I can eliminate those areas. I have also tightened everything under the car. The technicians at work also couldn't find the fault I took it to pedders and even the senior tech doesn't have a clue what the noise is, and that all my bushes and suspension is perfect, nothing is worn. Just wondering if anyone has experienced a similar noise, to help me out as it is very frustrating. Thank you guys!!!
