Yep. I am heading back tonight to check it again with fuel. Just wanted to ask the question to find out if anyone has heard of this particular tuning option before.

Hi all, I am new to this forum and the world of XR6T. I test rode a BA yesterday which I am very keen to buy, but when I put my foot down the car woudn’t let me rev past 4000. I had the owner in the car, (who is a mechanic) he said he does his own tuning and set this as a safety feature he programmed to cut out the revs at 4k when the fuel light is on. Apparently this is an option with pcm tuning. Have any of you heard of this feature\option?
