I've read in multiple different threads on this forum that boosted turbo falcons (and FPVs) have MUCH better fuel economy than stock turbo falcons.

A quick question to the mob. How much power would a G6ET be required to makke to see better fuel figures than a stock G6ET for your standard everyday driving?

I heard a boosted Falcon has great fuel economy. Anyways thanks for all the tips and suggestions guys. I will do some test drives and see where it takes me. Thanks again for all your input.

If you ever find out, let me know. I'm looking at alternates as well but I just cant see any competition other than HSV. (without having to go euro of course). I could go S7 but that will set me back heaps. Would prefer not to.

If you get an R8 with an LSA then it's the best of both worlds. The power of my GT and turbo were great...but 90% of the time I miss my Redline more...coz street car...and traffic and sh*t... What exactly do you mean by "coz street car". Arent they both street cars?. I should have clarified the fact that I will be doing not too heavy mods to try and keep it as a daily driver. Im thinking 350 - 380RWKW. Btw, what do you drive now and why'd you get rid of the Boganmobile?

Ok after checking out the HSV forum Im getting the feeling that HSV R8 > G6ET by a mile (and stock performance is roughly the same?). But im also reading that it costs a crap load more to obtain power in those cars. I think Im getting catching Boganitis. Sorry took it offtopic.

Bruss if im not wrong, the interior of the calais (vf of course) should sh*te all over the G6ET but other than that the G6ET should be winnar.

When you say brakes, you mean the disc things or the pads or both?. Dont they cost a fk ton?. Also, I think id want an LSD as well as those basic boltons that MattyP has mentioned. Im thinking 10k should be enough? After spending that money though, would the car handle better and outperform the VF Bogan Calais or the VF HSV R8? Ok what I'll do is this. Ill drive an A7/S7 first, then the Bogan Calais V V8, then the G6ET last.
