is it ok to use a normal battery or should you use a dry cell battery?

has anyone used or heard of 'tuff tune' at tuggerah?

Yeah Adam the injectors came with the tune as a package.. The plugs in it are 3 months old freeze_dk..?

car went in for new coils today(under warranty ) his going to use genuine ones this time.

looks like im up for some genuine coils and a few hrs/beers in the shed. thanks everyone for your feedback

so could be the fact that they're not fraud coils then? should I try them before I with the injectors and put back to factory tune?

@pussum. my mechanic replaced them. didnt say what brand they were. but did say they were similar to spitfire ones and can stand a bit more heat then the factory ones

that might be the best idea I think. grrr. I dont suppose anyone has heard of tuff tune in tugerah? ive heard he has a 1200 hp fg. I was thinking of going to him to get a tune seeing how im in newcastle and that's only half way to syd. but I cant seem to find anyone whos had a tune by them... :/

I paid for the 1st set. the next were under warranty. yeah have 60lb injectors, just fitted a hdi intercooler. ive been driving it off boost when I do drive it(have work ute) cause I wanted to put off a custom tune untill I finished the fuel system(pump and surge tank)

hi is it possible that. my flash tune which I got from 'intune' is causing my car to keep blowing coils? yes I know that a flash tune was a bad idea. :cry:but I did purchase it before I found this forum with lots of knowledgeable people on it. this will be the third set since I've owned the car. roughly 8 months. any help/ solutions would be very appreciated. thanks Kal

oh ok thanks mate. where do I run the hose from the sensor to?

after market gauges use vacuum. is it possible to set it up somehow like that with the factory f6 gauge?
