Been to long since I done mine but you got 3 wires 1 goes to the 02sensor other 1 goes to ignition and the other 1 goes to a good earth. Just double check with that

Thanks fellas for the advice ill change it back to 3,5inch split dump pipe and will let you know how it goes

When boosting it more then 4000rpm my car back fires and power cuts in and out. when I look at the air/fuel gauge when putting my foot down it goes straight to lean. Recently had car tuned but since have changed dump pipe could this be the problem??

I got a ba xr6 turbo with 336rwkw 860nm of torque and my t5 is fine( touch wood) I just have bad diff problems keep braking the diff cover

Na mate your back diff bolt came out or you broke your diff cover

Mate I'm in the same vote as you I've broke my diff hat 2 times I don't no what to do 2 strengthen the back diff so it doesn't move

Yeah same I broke the diff casing twice where the bolt goes throw when I got the gears changed 2 months to get a casing ford stop making them
