  1. Here is my lowered BA MK2. 1.5in in the front 2in in the rear New shocks + Springs and bushes all round + both lower control arms + bearings etc.
  2. Hi, Did you get this working? I got mine by cutting into the +12 at the reverse light itself. Brett
  3. Hey, I have done it myself a few times, depends if you want to spend the time sanding, bog'n and painting! I did 2 of mine the other week and they look quite good, the more time you spend sanding they better it will look. Here are 2 pics, I can't find a before shot but they were pretty bad! One in Primer and one when Finished.
  4. Will upload the sheet as soon as possible, forgot to take it to work to scan, The valve spings have done too many km's and its getting rough at idle! 140,000kms Brett
  5. Hey, No its a heavy duty clutch, not sure what it is as the previous owner put it in, Springwood as is Springwood NSW, west of sydney. Brett
  6. Hey, I have a TurboSmart External Wastegate Actuator, I got the 12PSI one, it comes with a 5psi spring and a 7psi spring, you can remove the 7PSI to allow it to run without the tune, then put the 7psi in when you go for the tune, Brett
  7. Hey, Before I did my mods and had it properly tuned I had this issue too, Eventually I chased it down with the aid of a boost gauge, I found that it would cut out when when it got to about 9psi, It was the ECU over boost cutting the fuel to save the engine, do either of you have a boost guage? Brett
  8. Hey, Ciaran, Stock + exhaust to this stage very nice change, can't believe that it pulls so hard all the way through each gear, its nuts. Going to port the turbo housing next and the boost is a little unstable, then intercooler, then hide from the wife for a while....... 601turbz, running 12psi thanks to the 12psi turbosmart actuator. Don't think I need any more yet until I do the valve springs! Thanks Guys, Brett
  9. Hi all, I'm in the club, my ute came off the dyne this afternoon with 340.6kw at the wheels! I'll upload pics and the dyne sheet 2moro. I do as much work on the car as I can, I'm chasing power but need it to be drivable as its my daily driver. Work done so far: Hurricane 4inch dump, 5inch cat, twin 2.5inch the rest of the way Walbro GSS342 Fuel Pump Turbosmart wastegate actuator (12psi) Turbosmart Kompact dual port BOV 80lb seimens injectors Tuned by Springwood Car Care I will add photo's soon Brett
  10. Thanks for the instructions! Changed it all last night, wasn't too bad, separating the upper and lower of the fuel pump holder was a pain. Brett
  11. I'm a little closer, Hazelbrook, Blue Mountains
  12. Nice work! I'm changing mine tomorrow night, this will make it much faster. Brett
  13. Thanks, Previous owner has sold the tuning unit and can't remember what brand it was. Looks like I'm off to spend big $$ with a tuner or Ford Thanks, Brett
  14. Hi, My ute seems to have been flashed tuned before I purchased it, (It runs 10PSI of boost) I had a mate put his unlocked flash tuner on it and it doesn't want to work, I get the impression that the ECU is VIN locked to the last tuner. Is there a way to re-flash the ECU back to factory? Preferably not taking it back to For!! Thanks for your help. Brett
