    Half A Second

Gr8 to see the so called super Expensive Daewoo team fail twice! Expensive Daewoo tried to manipulate the rules because they were scared of Ford winning the championship for the maybe for the 4th and Fords best chance of winning Bathurst this year as well. Seeing Skaife bomb out, was in my eyes justice. If you cant win fair and square and within the spirit of the rules , then you shouldnt bother turning up!!!!
  2. Hey Senna, Have you had a look at Batterns Performance Website, they have performance packages to bolt in ready to go maybe worth having a look at and asking them about the packages? here is the link if your intrested. http://www.norcom.net.au/~bpt/package_deals.htm
  3. I think from memory the stock X6RT injectors are about 32/33lbs at 4 bar fuel pressure hope this helps.
  4. Hi guys just a note on airfilters. A friend of mine who runs a tough Nissan Skyline with a Nizmo prepared engine sent this article to me the other day. Makes for interesting reading! http://mkiv.com/techarticles/filters_test/2/

    Custom Made Ic

Hey Nesh, I rang my local Repco branch the other day to find out about price for the Autotecnica/DW intercooler they stock and was given a price of $599.00. I was told it comes with all brackets and is a direct fit. Can't go wrong for that price I reckon!!!
  6. Hi guys I was just wondering if it's ok for me to rock up to your dyno day. I havent got a T as yet but I'm hoping to get one in the next 6mths. I just wanted to see the cars on a dyno since I have never seen one done before and if possible would like to talk to the T owners there about there mods and experiences so far and also have alook if possible at there mods. For me it's more a fact finding mission so that after the dyno day I have a clearer picture in my mind on which way to go when it comes time to mod my T?
  7. I to would like to know what problems you had with these brakes?
  8. I rang SER racing products in perth about the wilwwod 6 pot brake kit for the BA falcon and the price is $3150 and this also includes delivery. The guy to talk to there is Brad.
  9. Im pretty sure the price was in Nz dollars, The kit from Nz is for the front only, but it looks like another forum member has found the cheapest 4 piston caliper brake kits for the Ba falcon, cheaper than the PBR ones and better specs to boot? I guess it makes the Brembo and AP etc brakes look way to over priced!
  10. Speaking to les hunter automotive in NZ via e-mail, Is that there brake kit is ok for road use. the brake pads that can be used in these kits range from show cars all the way to to full competion road race just depends what your requirements are. The quote as per the les hunter automotive website is that, These calipers have proved very successful and durable in both street and racing applications. Which is good enough for me. I guess it comes down to how much you want to spend, I know which way I would go!
  11. Yeah well I'm thinking of going this way as well, save my money for the other mods I want.
  12. Hi everyone this is my first post since becoming a member of this site so please excuse me if I dont get it right. I was mucking around on the net a cpl of weeks ago and I came across a site from NZ that sells BA falcon brake upgrade kits. The company is called les hunter motorsport located in christchurch NZ. I emailed them for some info and pricing on there kit. The kit comprises of Willwood 6 piston superlite calipers and 2 piece rotors for $3300. The kit comes complete with everything req'd to bolt the kit up, braided brakelines are extra if req'd. there high performance polymatrix d street brakepads are $140 and rotors are $340. There said that the kit would take 1 to 2 weeks to ship to Aust and the same time frame for the pads and rotors as they have these in stock most of the time. They also quoted me for a brake kit that uses Sportech calipers with 2 piece rotors and fittings for $4400 the Sportech calipers come in red or black where's the Willwood calipers are black only. I thought I would let you guys know what I found out as this maybe a cheaper option to what is currently available in Oz?
