hey, I had this problem on a track day, the ute had about 26000ks on it and towards the end of the day the small whirring noise got worse very fast, took it to ford and they fixed it. surely at a minimum they will fix that with out and any complaints.

I picked the ute up today at 5 just as they were all leaving, and didnt see it til I got home, by then they were all closed up for the day. im planning on going in as soon as I can tomorrow and blasting them, just wanted to see what I'd be up against and if anyone else had had to argue a point like this. cheers

hi everyone, Just bought a 2010 XR6T ute and have been absolutely loving it. I had to get the brakes fixed under warranty, so I dropped the car off picked it up 2 days later. I got home and noticed a fairly decent 430mm scratch on the bonnet. what chance do I have of getting Ford to take liability for this? any advice would be greatly appreciated!
