Looking At Buying A Fg F6 But Has High Kms

I went through this in the last month looking at F6's.I ended up buying one from a dealer which was a little more then private but having 3mths warranty to get problems fixed and 4x new dunlops was enough for me.There was a private one in Victoria that had all service history etc which might still be for sale.It was white and around $34,500 from memory -

Hey guys im after the paint code for the grey bit on FG F6.Everything I can find says its Oxidised Steel but my bro in law who works for Ford said his spare parts guy said its Mystic with code of MY.Any help would be good as guy is painting rear bar tomorrow.From what I researched Mystic is the blue/green colour and I reckon the parts guy is on the ice pipe Thx

I just did this aswell and the people that say it makes no difference should maybe get their ears checked:) My 6yr asked why the bsck speaker was alot louderand he didnt know I changed it. 2 thumbs up from me

After selling my BA XR6T a few years ago to buy a more "family friendly" Mazda 6 wagon and driving Laser SR2 for last 5 years I finally bought a FG F6. I was in a nasty head on 2weeks ago coming home from work and the little SR2 was a write off so I thought perfect oppurtunity to convince the wife I needed a bigger(safer) car:). Here are photos of poor Laser and a pic of new car,problem is I have a broken sternum so wont be driving F6 for a few weeks if I can contain myself:)

Hey guys I'm finally getting back into the Turbo scene and am looking at used F6's and was wondering if there is anything in particular that I should look for in car that could mean its a ex Highway.I know the XR6T's are pretty easy to tell as they have the Brembo's and 18inch wheels but not sure on F6's. Any help would be great

MPH is good for better then 11.7..I did a 11.8@117mph

I had my Laser SR2 repaired at AAMI's repair centre in Seven Hills a couple of weeks ago and they did a very good job.I was just disappointed that it wasnt written off so I could go and buy another XR6T to play with

My car ran 11.8 with 301RWKW from same tuner on MT's so a 11 is definately possible..Use handbrake to help with the launch and Good Luck..

With a good 60ft you should be able to do a low 11 and atleast 120mph.Your big stallie should help get a good 60ft time..Is this Geesemans old car??

I think all you need is a set of MT's..I did a 11.87 with similar mods and power..Get the 60 foot down and youll b in the 11's..
