yeah I wasnt expecting them to change them as I only had a 3mth deaker warranty but when they said they were gunna replace I wasnt gunna say no

From the research I've done on here I think if you go dump and cat you need flapper mod on turbo(I think) as its hard to control boost.Guys have run low/mid 300's with just hi flow cat.If you wanna go dump and cat and keep rest standard then xforce,advance,SMB and maybe CES do that and I know advance dump/cat bolts straight onto std exhaust

I know this might sound like a stupid question but is their any disadvantage of putting a full 4inch exhaust on a FG F6.Im looking at doing a few mods like cooler,injectors,exhaust and was thinking I would get either 3.5inch or 4inch now so it supports future mods down the track.Also would 3.5inch flow good enough for 350-400rwkw or would 4inch defo be better??

I'm looking at same thing and are tossing up between Process Wset Stepped or the Stage 2,just waiting on a few more results from Stepped cooler before I decide

I was looking at doing the same setup as there is 2 Caltex servo's near work and home but after reading this I think I'll stick to a 98 tune and maybe have a E85 tune for when I try at drags,it would be nice if United sold E85 in West/Nthwest Sydney

Yeah I've now realized that I shouldn't have used a mobile guy.I just wanted it fixed ASAP and because I had a broken sternum I wasn't able to drive it anywhere so mobile was only option.Now that I can drive I'm taking it to a shop next week to get fixed properly

Get email from FPV regarding the Panda Eyes colour.It's called graphite and the colour reference is 6AZP.

He didnt paint the front,he repaired the towbar hole and resprayed the rear only.

I reckon he has just f###ed up and done a very light coat as the 1st time he sprayed it the paint came about blotchy so he came back and sprayed again.He told me he did a dryer coat which I'm assuming means less paint/more air???

Im not sure If ill bother looking into getting the colour matched with front as id rather spend the money towards mods and as my wife keeps telling me about it "you dont see the front of the car and the back of the car at the same time". Its just got me stuffed how it can look different and im fairly sure its not just the light and angles

guys does the GT have the same paint code for the panda eyes,im assuming it does but the reason I ask is I got my rear fixed up but the "oxidised steel" part looks lighter then the front by a bit and ive seen on carsalses that the "oxidised steel" looks lighter on GT compared to F6's..I could be on the gear but if you look at the GT photo it looks similar colour to my rear below and they look lighter compared to front. Is it possible that its just cause paint is "fresh" and not 4 years old like front or could it be different??

I was thinking of getting Ford to put a Focus RS tune into my F6 so when I go to sell it I'll get more money for it..

You can't buy rear section for FPV's as its all one piece.He plastic welded in a new piece to fill the hole then painted it up.He also fixed some marks on the white and smoothed out and repainted bottom of bumper where it's rubbed on driveways etc

I bought a 2nd hand F6 a couple of weeks ago and previous owner had a towbar.I didnt want/like having towbar on it so I took off but was left with ugly hole.I got a few quotes where a couple said it cant be fixed and to buy a new bumper.I had it fixed today,I wasnt overly happy with original outcome as some of paint was a little blotchy etc as guy rushed it last Friday but to his credit he came back out this morning and resprayed whole grey bit again.Its not 100% unnoticable but I think thatd be very hard to do that

I almost bought the 2nd option a couple of weeks ago.It looked like a very tidy car from all the photo's he emailed me.I ended up finding one in Wollongong for similar price with agents which is what I preferred plus got warranty

I went to bunnings and bought parts for this mod today.Nice easy mod for abit of noise till I buy 4inch intake or street airbox.

I asked Herrod the same thing,all you need to do is connect it to your car and go into device info and see how many unlocks are left and if its UNMARRIED.If it says unmarried then itll work once you get a tune put in it(custom one preferebly).

Im no egg spurt but if you look at graph fletty put up compared to one ratter put up its easy to see difference in tune with higher boost down low.ofcourse its possible to get decent numbers with lower boost but id imagine the 2 cars would drive very differently.
