  1. BF MKII XR6T ZF-F6 snorkel + K&N,Plazmaman IC,Walbro,Venom 100cell Cat,siemens Deka 60. Tuned at PitLane hey JGP what sort of power does your BF make?
  2. I'll wait til the thrill wears off, then cold air intake, injectors and tune.
  3. an 03 xr6t done 86000kms in blue print, paid $12750nz I love it! have owned some nice cars over the years modified series 7 rx7,a couple of high horse power evs,an a modified gtr it may just be that fact that its new but I think the xr6 is my favourite of the lot, highlights; averaged 11litre/100km on the way home through plenty of twisties on a mountainous rd. Beautiful exhaust note. great rolling acceleration perfect for passing slow annoying drivers on the open road very quick from 80-120km/h the big turbo seems to be perfectly matched to the 4 speed auto ratios. I love it!
  4. another vote for fg xr6t in the amazing blue colour they come in.
  5. what sort of power would be expected with those mods? am I right in reading this ad, http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/car-parts-accessories/performance/carburation-induction/auction-471721919.htm that the xr8 growler set up will fit all ba-bf falcons
  6. at what point does the cooler need changing?
  7. Hi guys I'm from chch, just put down a deposit on whats been my dream car for the last 10 years a BA xr6 turbo in blueprint(the best colour!) I've owned plenty of turbo cars over the years(a GTR,RX7,a few evos) and my family are ford lovers through and through with my parents having always owned fords so with me loving turbo cars and ford running through my veins an xr6 turbo was always on the cards can not wait to pick it up sunday.
  8. so as above. 1st round of mods: growler or similar intake,bosch 968 injectors,remove cat,tune then later on;walbro 255l/hr in-tank fuel pump,intercooler,twin 2.5" exhaust,re-tune best bang for buck performance?
  9. whats the stock pump good for power wise? am I on the right track as far as injectors, intake, cat removal, tune being the best bang for buck initial mods, assuming the motor and turbo are healthy what sort of power should I see?
  10. I think I'll probably end up doing a few mods through kevin geary, first up will probably be sourcing an ss inductions growler intake, fitting 42# injectors, and a tune. then maybe further down the line fuel pump, intercooler, and exhaust
  11. http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/car-parts-accessories/ford/accessories/auction-469826210.htm does this intake look any good?
