When my BA ute was stolen I was looking for a BF and I was looked at modded to save some cash but before I considered it I spoke to the owners, spoke to the shop that had done all the work to it and then paid for it to go to a performance shop and be thoroughly checked over and put on the dyno, when I got the all clear I made an offer and got the ute and it's never missed a beat in the last 2 years and it was a cheap way to get a good 500+ rwhp BF ute. Although I have heard a few horror stories of people buying modded ones. Plus modded don't really bring much more than stock so in some cases it might be better to return to stock and sell of the goodies.

I have 295's on my 19's and never had any trouble with speed cameras, it still reads 2km under

I have a full stainless 4'' system from Di Filippo. Never been any trouble and doesn't sound ricer at all. It's been on my ute over 2 years now

I was thinking of getting the xyz 6 front and 4 rear as the shop is just up the road from me but I think I might just bite the bullet and go brembo 6 pots on the front and pbr rear

Hey people, just wondering if anyone has tried those xyz brakes? I am thinking of upgrading the brakes on my BF ute and they look pretty good and are a reasonable price but I just wanted to speak to someone that has tried them first.

Awesome, thanks mate. I had been told by some people they would and some they wouldn't as they have a bit of a lip but none of them had actually seen them. I want bigger brakes but didn't want to have to get new mags.

Hey, has anyone got Koya inox R1 mags? And can you fit a set of brembo's under them?
