snap z2tt is right. so cams are overwhelming in performance but since your not going ahead kpm so you get customers to spend that on other developments ..... if that's the case boys just need to pick a grind from lunati or comp cams they have specifically for superhcarged coyote applications and give it a go

So if yours is lowered and going to be wider and bigger in diameter than mine I reckon on corners will touch. Just to be more specificy tyres 275/40/17 Mabe if you get low profile might help or stiff suspension

Nelsonian I am running 17x9 + 22 offset all round on my fg stock height as circuit wheels. No issues at all got 275 nt05 semi slicks on back only touch the guard on very hard corners... from body roll. .. still got standard suspension. They stickout real nice

While idling with multimeter comes up with 13.3 v apparently should be 14. I will do same as you have hawlass just to be sure that isn't the problem

I relocated my battery to the boot. used 0 gauge positive cable to the front like in the picture above in the how to . I have one 4 gauge going to existing negative terminal up the front and one short negative cable in the boot bolted down. my car surges sometimes it stops and sometimes it starts the moment I slow down and stop at the lights just surges for 30 seconds then slowly stabilizes, if I chuck aircon and all the lights on and the revs start to surge and the lights go weak as it surges down and up any explanation ?? maybe I didnt earth right ?

Has anyone tried the gtx3576r ?? I'm keen on going with fast spool. Currently making 352rwkw on fg turbo on e85 I want to go a gtx3576r run less boost make about 360 rwkw with better top end obviously. Sorry hijacking thread

Sorry for late update, its a auto, turned out real good just like fletty explained no drone on freeway at all to me its just perfect, sounds as tuff as it gets for the xr6t will be loud off lights if you got a heavy foot pull off lights like a toyota prius its not too bad, will try and get a nice video. Straight 3'' at back with twin 3'' tips, should of got a quadssetup while I was at it

Ok so I woke up this morning and randomly called up nearest exhuast shop and droped my car off for Rear muffler removal, 3" straight pipe with twin 3" tip, the night before mates ba turbo rear muffler removed sounded pretty good, and fletty's post motivated me to get rear removed. The video of Ute with rear removed sounded better then centre muffler removal. Hopefuly will sound good ! I understand by not getting a hotdog that it could be loud, but I like it loud !

Just wondering if I could go 20"x9 on the front and 19"x10 on the rear, I'm planning on using enkei wheels or even 19" front and 18" rear with fat tyres for the purpose of going to track, and high wall tyres for the rear for launching now and then, would I be able to have the fg sit without having the back end lower than the front with the right profile of tires ? I'm willing to pump out guards as much as they can be with the fg

I agree, it really matters how you speak to them when I got pulled over, I was buttering them up hard avoided a couple self incriminating questions did some more sucking up and got let off, I thanked them done I literally got the good cop bad cop scenario aswell lol if I was to be a sick c*^t fully muzztastik attitude told them they can go get f'd im pretty sure I would of cop'd a series of fines I say give it ago next time be as nice as you can present yourself to be genuine and honest it might help you

sorry mate I didnt make it clear ye im running stock as a rock power, but I dont plan to change turbo I want to just push the standard turbo to its limits, I thought cams would of helped :(

f6mark im only running standard it was just example, I was thinking a cam upgrade would of pushed the barrier over 360 mark for max rwkws on fg with small turbo

ye I know cams isnt needed, but I was thinking when the time comes for valve springs I might get a cam in there aswell they sound nice plus reduces the amount of boost needed to make certain amount of power, from what ive seen crow cams show on youtube I feel asif ppl are against cams around here lol just say for the sake of the scenario; im getting 360rwkw on e85 on max on my fg turbo if I had a cam installed id get 360rwkw with less boost then would I be able to put up the boost and go over 360rwkw barrier ?

Just curious have any of these high dyno rated fg's used camshafts ? Or they get 330 on 98 and 360 on e85 without a cam. Would the camshaft be able to help while the smaller fg turbo is at its max ?

by the way I have stock fg xr6t only mod is xr8 cai im kinda waiting on finishing my factory warranty by this november but im itching to up the power
