  1. Wondering if anyone has installed a full G6e interior into a XR6???? I understand that it all, my main concern is the drivers seat that has memory and adjusts a zillion different ways??? If someone has been successfull with the install can they get back to me with the way they did it and possibly some pics. Cheers

  3. Sounds like a plan!! Territory upgrade should be more than enough. I am really only doing the upgrade for the aesthetic appeal. It's only a street car with occasional back road blast. I have genuine brembo disks up front and will have to ask the guys at Race brakes what disk looks closest to the the original.
  4. Have an Fg XrT with 6 piston brembo upgrade on front. Standard rear brakes are now looking terrible behind new Vertini 20" staggered setup and require immediate attention!!!!!! It is a 08 xr and the rear brakes are puny at 298mm I think. Anyone upgraded to something larger???? And will the brembo 4 piston rear fit behind my new rear wheels that have a huge (4 odd inches) lip?? Options/opinion is much appreciated
  5. Thanks for the advice. This is the reason I wanted to start fresh and get an honest opinion. If you keep reading what everyone has to say you end up getting confused. In other posts there is miracle cure of bushes , machining disks etc etc. I will start with the most cost effective remedy of getting another shop to go through the front brakes with an emphasis on getting everything clean before re assembly. And then move on to the next area where a problem could occur.
  6. Asked the same questions to the guy who installed them and he said yes they were installed correctly. The disks are genuine Brembo
  7. It has 100k on it. The car also has genuine FPV 19's, KING SSL Combo and Dunlop Sport MAXX Tyres.
  8. I own a 08 FG XR6T with the Brembo 6 Piston upgrade on the front only (Rears are standard spec) Have been getting a wicked shudder / vibration basically since the day I installed them. All the gear is genuine and direct from Ford Calipers, Pads, Rotors etc...etc Really only happens on light brake application and it is getting to a point that it is unsafe and unacceptable Have read nearly all the posts on this issue and there are differing opinions on what needs to be done. Contacted local fraud dealer and they were no help whatsoever Could someone please clarify what you have done and what has and has not worked in resolving this issue Thanks

  10. Hey Guys This is my first Thread so be gentle!!! Have recently purchased a Black FG XR6 Turbo Sedan in Black and was wanting to see some pics of members rides rolling on Lenso D1r's . Have SSL Front/ SSSL Rear springs already installed and want some mean 20" wheels to really fill the guards up? Thinging 20" x 8.5", 20" x 10" combo. Any help on the Lensos or some other tough as 20" you guys can think of
