  1. I spoke to a car broker friend of mine today and he said to wait abpout 6 weeks and $50k should be very possible.
  2. Lowest new car price was for a 2011 plate non hail damaged car. New and unregistered at $50,450 drive away from Jefferson ford. With haggling I've had sub $52.5k from three seperate Melbourne dealers on 2012 plated new cars. In fact I'd suggest about $52,300 is about the bottom line drive away on a 2012 plate car at the moment. I can't help feel better deals are around the corner so like you I'm going to wait until the end of the May when EOFY sales pressure will combine with end of month sales pressure.
  3. Yeah the hail damaged cars are bargins if you can find one I've been offered a fully repaired hail damaged 2011 plate G6ET FG Mk II for $46,500 drive away ...it was however black ....
  4. This car looks so good I think its the nicest one I've seen. The White is just awesome in those pics
  5. I was offered a 2011 plated unregistered FG Mk II G6ET in Edge that's in stock on the floor today for $50,450 drive away including floor mats this morning at Jefferson ford. That's the best deal I've seen so far and if it had of been Smoke, White or Silver I woudl have gone for it.
  6. Try this one for $48,990 drive away 2011 plate and registered but only 14kms http://www.carsales....&__N=4294739427
  7. Rumour has it even Blue Jeans will stain the cashmere on hot days .... I'm sticking to the black leather.
  8. White is the nicest colour I think ....
  9. $50,500 drive away (Vic) for a 2011 plate car is the best I've had so far and I've been looking hard. for 2012 platers I've had $52k drive away
  10. This is making me nervous, I'm just about to try and buy my first turbo car by trading my 2010 G6 50th (which I won in a raffle) in on a G6ET FG Mk II was offered $28k changeover at my local dealer which on the face of it didn't seem too bad at all. I previously bought a Territory AWD Titiaium for my wife from them just prior to Xmas.
  11. I've decided on a G6ET for pretty much the same reasons as other people. I like the Q car look rather then the sporty XR6T looks. I'm deciding between white and silver ('I've had enough of washing black cars to last a lifetime) I was gonig to get the new Smoke colour but I've had a look at one in the flesh today and you might as well get black for al lthe dirt that shows on it.
