BOOSTING BA

Hi guys I'm getting a new clutch in the next few weeks and was wondering what else but mal wood ppl use. I'm not Gona put a 1700$ clutch in my baby if these 5 speeds are weak. I have a ba Xr6t with 114000knob clock, bigger intercooler, typhoon air box with k&N filters, capa flash tune, 4" dump pipe in to 3" than splits at the back. I'm looking at doing injectors and new tune once I have a new clutch. I'm going to replace the 5 speed once it goes pop lol. I have looked at the xtreme ceramic. I don't know much about clutches so any help will be great. Thanks.

Is that the equivalent to the xtreme ceramic option. Cas they have quoted me 1100 for the kit including flywheel

Hey mate I got a BA xr6 turbo and I'm in need of a clutch asap. I got a price for the xtreme ceramic but I'm still looking around for the right one. The car has 350rwkw. What clutch would u recommend and could I please have a price. Thanks mate.

Why would I need to save for a new engine! Everyone has hit limiter a few times. Auto correction stuffed a lot do words up. car normally runs like a dream but have just started having clutch slip and now I think it is that bad it spins the clutch at 110km/B.C. Is that easier to understand.

Hey guys I'm after some urgent help. My BA Xr6t has started playing games. when crazing on the express way sitting on 110 in 5th than put my foot down the speed increases slowly but than the revs climb fast when the boost kicks in but the speed hardly changes. It has a few mods like a 10psi capa flash tune, bigger intercooler, xr8 air box with KnN air filters, 4" dump pipe in to a 3" pipe than splits in to twin at the back, just clicked to 110.000km and serviced every 5000 km. With service history. I think it's the clutch Cas u can hit limiter than dump the clutch and it won't even soon so I'm thinking it could both be the same problem. It is not cool I can't even give my car a squirt. Any help will be awesome thanks

Thanks for the advice. JVK im guesting t/b is turbo. FPV tranny, what the tps. And how do u over come this. Pookiemaster, at idle it hasnt changed since I got it. But I havent heard a standard one at idle haha.

Hey guys I baught my ba xr6 turbo about 2 months ago its a manual with bigger inter cooler, cappa flash tune, bigger air box, k&n air filter, 2 1/2" exhaust, 3" dump pipe, and blow off valve. It has just clicked over 107000km. It has never been on the dyno, full log book service. When I got it I had no problems at all, I even took it to melb with no problems,. In the last 2-3 weeks it has started stalling. I would be driving along and pull up at the lights and it will be ideling away than it will just stall with out me touching anything. Or I will put my foot on the clutch coming to a stop and the revs will drop than go to idle than drop than go to idle and stay at idle. Now the clutch has started to slip so its needing to be replaced but I dont think that's my problem. If anyone can help it would be amazing. Thanks for any help.
