    Been fairly busy, with working and now uni too. Been a nice change though, as I'm doing new stuff at work so it's really nice feeling like I'm learning and developing again and have some form of direction I can picture for my career. Also recently started seeing someone and things, touch wood, seem to be going really well so far. Early days though, so see how things go.

    This has been the challenge for myself, finding stuff that makes my house female friendly and nicely styled, but without making me feel like I've gone completely soft. Feedback I've received seems to indicate I managed to nail it. Needs decorative pillows Keify, even though I feel they're pointless and something you then need to find somewhere to put when you go to bed...they look nice though.

    Yeah, I wasn't exactly looking forward to the assignment side of things...but it's a handy qualification to have and helps get me into the sort of work I want to be doing...plus work's paying for it, so why not!

    And this is the reason I'm so incredibly happy having my own espresso machine. Wouldn't have originally spent that much on a machine, but my gf at the time wanted to pay half and get me something special for my 30th...but then broke up with me a couple of days before my birthday and I had to buy her out for it...so kinda got forced into spending double what I was going to on a coffee machine, but no regrets - it's farking awesome!

    Reason for the grad cert is to allow me to follow the resource geology pathway, which is part of what I'm learning in my new role (although not my primary function). It mostly involves computer/numerical modelling and geostats. Basically, it provides me with a potential career path that will be more technically focused, rather than people management etc...which is much more my speed.

    Well, my best mate's brother-in-law died in a motorbike accident last week, leaving behind his wife (who was like a big sister to me growing up) and 3 young kids...so that's kinda sh*t. Otherwise things are going ok. Moved into a new role at work recently which has taken me away from the day-to-day production work and focusing more on the regional exploration stuff. Also started a grad cert in geostatistics this week, that work is paying for. How's things going for everyone else?

    Finally had a chance to pull the T3PA-Pro pedals out of the box, bolt them to my racing stand and give them a decent go. Big fan, much nicer than the pedals that came with the wheel, especially with the conical brake mod fitted
