  1. Ha, nah. That definitely wouldn't be going in the WMMFG thread
  2. Morning all! Got a really great phone call yesterday afternoon. Waiting for a follow-up email today then look for a new post in the DM WMMFG thread
  3. Ha, reminds me of the old "cam" version of movie downloads.
  4. Pretty much...just not all that much going on really. At least uni's started up again now, so can watch lectures and stuff at least.
  5. It's definitely a lot of flying...
  6. To be honest, probably more a reflection of the chassis and overall handling dynamics of the vehicle, than LSD and tyres alone. My Bogan special-R didn't even remotely behave like that - was very much more planted and well behaved.
  7. I'm on an 8/6, 4/3 roster. Fly-in days are Tuesdays. Fly-out days on my 8 day swings are the following Tuesday evenings and Friday evenings for my 4 day swings. Currently up for a 4 day swing.
  8. ^Me likey! Keep us posted with the progress @Rab
  9. I'm usually too tired and non-enthused to bother posting about it haha.
  10. Hi Keith. Is it fly-out day yet?
  11. Reminds me of my old FG XR6T in the wet - roll-on in pretty much any gear and as soon as it got a whiff of boost the back end jumped out. Good times But yes, sounds like it's the tyres.
  12. Cheers mate, always interested to hear/talk about people's hifi gear (used to work at West Coast Hi-Fi during uni and am generally just interested).
  13. Hard to see from the photos, but what are the speakers, sub and amp?
  14. Haha I distinctly remember ripping the handbreak mid round-a-bout in the wet once...it did not end well for my sump
  15. Haha, yeah that'd be balls. Mine was a 3.5L V6, so had a bit more oomph than the 4cyl ones.
  16. Oh really? See, mine could handle being loaded up ok. My old man used to have one of the really old magnas (which he thought was a really great car) and it was an absolute POS. I'm under no false pretenses about my own magna...but it served me well with minimal issues for like 5 years.
  17. Haha, it was such a boat of a car. On a different note - fly-out day today
  18. The magna I had when I was younger did it like a boss - was actually great fun in the wet haha. Manual 155kw FWD - spin city!
  19. Torque steer for dayz with a barra up the front of the Honda! Changing lanes with the accelerator would be pretty fun
