Removing The Standard Stereo - Can It Be Done?

I have on as well were would I go to get a colour screen fitted -
hey guys , I hav a bf 06 xr6t and am wondering if there is any after market head units that swap out with the stock one I am looking to get a touch screen or at least colour head deck that in corparates all of the climate control and 6 stacker in it . is there any where or any one that can help me with this ???
