im happy with mods and psi to the power outcome. I rekon its not too badnext= full exhaust, valve springs, actuator and 16-18 psi.

how much power will intercooler, 2nd intake, tune, injectors give me? how much more with a dump+cat and suge tank with 044 pump?

wow that's impressive!its just that I got my car going in for a tune tommorrow and dont know how far to go. it has a PW stage 1 I/c and f6 intake pipe with KN filter on it now, I will be doing injectors + tune. I was thinking of doin dump+cat, I have a PW surgetank and 044pump that I can use also, while im there... but then I might as well do valve springs too! actuator? its like where do you stop!!!

he fellas, how much power for a auto BA xr6t to run 12.0-12.5 1/4mile? I understand all dyno's read different, im just after a rough rwkw so I know what to aim for. I wanna decide weather I do minor mods like intercooler, inj, tune or add fuel pump, valvesprings, exhaust to run just a second quicker. (just an example). cheers.

yeah, I have a mate witha 06 STI tuned it at autotech, very happy. All other mates VL, GTR my old turbo cortina etc have been at C&V... FLIP A COIN????

tossing up, im surrounded by tuners haha CV or autotech I think, everyone has good and bad stories about every tuner. this one does this, that one doesnt do this, this one uses too much this, this one is safer, this ones dyno reads 50kw more, this one is $20 cheaper... fu**n drive me nuts!

hey fellas, yesteday installed a PW stg 1 intercooler to my standard ba auto xr6t. first thing I notice was lag, boost comming on bit later than normal but when it came on, went better. so down low it lags a bit stronger mid (most noticeable) better top end. I have 60lbs dekas, PW surge tank with bosch 044. will be getting sct tuner, cat and remove centre muffler. will this help with the lag?

cheers fellas, I would like to do some minor mods, so I think my best bet is to keep an eye out on ebay etc for something a bit better.

he guys got a set of BA XR8 18" wheels cheap, great condition, no gutter rash, but the clear is peeling off in places. Does anyone know how to fix this? cheers

would boost come on the same time or being bigger will it have more lag?

ive looked at other posts and people are saying that they are no worse than a typhoon cooler??? BTW I will definatly be painting it black!

is the monza any better than stock?

he guys, just bought a ba xr6t ute from the country, the standard cooler isnt black anymore but silver due to stones etc chipping the paint of over the years along with alot of bent fins too. question is do I replace with a stock, good condition cooler or go monza? I never thought id think about putting a monza cooler on my car (my other xr6t has a process west) but the current one is damaged and needs replaceing. if the monza it that little bit better then for the money it might be a good idea. car is stock and is my work ute not planning to do anymods other than tune and injectors. what do you fellas suggest? cheers.

hey fellas, just bought a ba xr6t ute for dirt cheap needs engine. can anyone tell me how much it'd roughly cost to reco my motor standard spec? or is a cheaper option to replace it another with a low km engine? whilste im at it, bf2 or fg engine? will bf2 or fg engine straight swap all my accessories too? cheers!

mate, keep your eye on ebay, forum classifieds etc. I picked up a fat process west stage1 in as new condition for $550 worth $1050 new!!!

Yeah was thinking the same! On Tempe site there's a black xr6t with gold ones, don't think it suits...
