  1. Where are you getting that price from Wilko? I've been told they're 3k like in the vid.
  2. Good stuff Typhoon. I think I'll be going also in a few weeks. Did anyone else see the dynomite car on the latest fullboost vid? Looks like it was one of the dev cars, or at very least early adopters. Very keen for some feedback on these!
  3. Yeah, let's hope it'll save my hide when the old barra touches the limiter [emoji106] Yeah its a massive PITA! Had to drop the K-frame somewhat what the engine lifted just to get the sucker off!
  4. Finished putting Atomic pump and timing setup on the taxi. Hopefully this 42 goes on soonish!
  5. Yeah I think the Haltech still has a lot of benefit. Think amazing traction control, boost by gear, safety features out the wazoo, 2-step, launch control, wideband built in, flex fuel etc. I'll definitely be looking long and hard at one in the coming months! [emoji41]
  6. It's easy as to remove. Simply use a screwdriver to pull out the retaining clip and pull it out!
  7. Nevaaaar, hahahah. Lookin forward to it honestly. It'll be nice to have to give it a raping for it to go, otherwise it'll be just cruuuuise central [emoji41][emoji106] Even the wife will be able to drive it hard ( Atomic street series. Haha, nice spottin! Thanks again dude, fantastic service as always!
  8. Full atomic timing setup including their new billet guides, balancer and full pump assembly. All getting ready for the 42 to go on shortly!
  9. Was quoted $350 for the can and bracket.
  10. Quite interested in this thread atm as I'm looking for a solution for mine before the 42 goes on. I was recently looking at the new Process West sepr8r cans they've developed. They're a true scrubber with washable element and also have a pressure release valve and drain. Only issue for me is the fact they're -8 inlet/outlet only as well as only one inlet... Either way, looks like a nicely developed kit that would definitely keep the fuzz happy!
  11. Not at all trying to start anything here but for the life of me I can't understand how that figure is possible. Either it's has ridiculously high comp or the dyno number is questionable. IMHO, there's no way a stock turbo will make that power on that boost...
  12. Yeah I've had bolts fall out of mine and they're a PITA when they do. Don't let them get that far. I've since had the holes drilled and helicoiled as some were cracked, hence the constant loosening. Pays to check them regularly [emoji106]
  13. Go the NPC dude, you seriously won't regret it!
  14. Just collecting some more goodies for the GTX42 installation [emoji106]
  15. Under the bridge, reverse coyote grip? rofl
  16. I can probably chime in here as I've recently installed an NPC twin plate that Jet supplied. I ended up going with one organic plate and one cerametalic plate. Clutch is rated to 1000hp and man does it feel nice. I'd have to say that it's almost lighter than stock in pedal feel and you can marginally slip it from a dead start, due to the single organic plate. There is only a tiny window for this to occur though and after that, it bites like a mofo! Lets just say that I don't have any more slippage ? The only real downside (if you even consider it to be one) would be the noise. When the clutch is engaged it does chatter quite a bit. I've even had people staring at me on the sidewalk with a "bro, your cars broken!" type look, lol.
  17. Just use a vac bleeder and it'll be fine. I've done mine a bunch before I put the remote bleeder on and never had fluid leak into the bell housing [emoji106]
  18. Yeah thanks to Jetters for the awesome pricing. Legend!! [emoji41]
  19. Wasn't today but a week ago this went in [emoji123] Followed by a diff oil change, and full service.
  20. Let the high mount setup begin [emoji41][emoji106]
  21. Tell me about it!! I freakin hate it!
  22. Pulled half the damn turbo off because one of the turbine housing to core bolts had completely backed itself out again... [emoji34] It's always the most hard to get at one also, under the water banjo on the block side. They have all been heli-coiled due to slight cracking but still need constant tightening. Bring on the high mount I say!
  23. 1000hp NPC twin plate, ARP studs, new CSC, Mal wood rip shifter and all braided lines to suit. Should handle the upcoming power nicely [emoji123] Big thanks to Jetters for sorting this out [emoji106][emoji41]
