Train legal supplements = get big but slowly but hold size for long Train illegal supplements = get big quickly but hold size for short time sus, tren, prop, enanthate all have side effects some people experience none (like my self) or some experience one or two sideffects and some experience ALL of them everyone's body will react differently the only way to find out is to give it a go but having said that do some research before you know what you're getting yourself into T3 is a thyroid medication I would only use if you are REALLY overweight and have trouble losing weight even if you train and eat right (this is the right way but patience is key) ensure you have good thyroid function to start with...read the side efects...if you're happy to give it a go take a deep breath and spray it under you're tongue.. It is LEGAL at the moment through a loophole but to be honest once the government finds out a substance or 'supplement' works they just turn it illegal simple as that.. Im not trying to scare anybody, like I said I know people who have taken these things ive tried them and seen no side effects a mate of mine broke out in the worst acne on his back after a cycle of prop and even though its a small side effect just goes to show that they are there...maybe you guys have heard of a bloke by the name of ZYZZ? (if not youtube him) young bodybuilder from sydney looked amazing admitted to using steroids RELIGIOUSLY and it was obvious that he used them..about this time last year found him dead in a sauna in THAILAND...now there are alot of theories..but in just in case you've been living under a rock thailand is steroid heaven..the guy was on a 'holiday' there by himself...in thailand are we getting the picture? do your homework and if you're the slightest bit of an hypochondriac just stay away from it

T3 thyroid peptide look it up know someone taking that's eating maccas twice a day on top of his normal daily diet and doing his best to fit in a kebab as well everyday and losing kilos just to see how well it works...and let me tell ya the thing works wonders... or a little something called clenbuterol works like magic as well!

nothing will help you lose weight without excercise and healthy diet.....unless you take thyroid peptides but a WPI will work as long as you workout and diet

Check out this website..mate when it comes to prices and supplements all protein comes from the same 2 places GLANBIA which is an american protein and FONTERRA which is from New zealand All protein brands get from one of these 2 places while most is from glanbia the one to look out for is fonterra (mostly used by musashi.....everyone knows they're a joke so don't bother) everybody slaps they're labels on a bucket puts a different price tag on it and that's it.. The owner of this brand is a cousin of mine if you drop my name he'll work out a better price for you.. that's my 2 cents guys cheers http://erkules.com.au/

Just fitted H4s, H11s and led parkers to my FG and honestly when you see the result you will wonder why they bring cars out from factory with that disgusting yellow halogen light. I replaced the h4s without removing air box or battery BUT when it came to moutning and hiding the wiring, ballast and HID harness, I decided to remove both so I could have more room and get everything perfectly neat.. the H11s are easy remove the bottom stone gaurd and you have all the room in the world abit of double sided tape and mount everything to inside of the bar! I can't wipe the smile off my face when I hit the lights.....just gotta wait till I get my licence back and take the car for a roadie and adjust headlight position according to how many highbeam flashes I get whilst driving

***intake housing of turbo
-
sorry mate I did mean colder side... turbo inlet pressure ratio? the pressure divided between air entering the turbo and the difference to when its entering the inlet manifold?...maybe it might but IMO I think piping size from intake housingof to CAC and CAC to intake manifold would effect that...but I think that more of an engineering aspect...only thing we need to worry about is your inlet boost pressure which is wastegate related and just helpd overboost...I don't think the ratio means anything to us, none of us are engineers...we're just blokes doing up cars... and your're number 2 point is absolutley correct...but look up FG turbo side intakes...they're very poor sitting directly behind the headlight...that's not very efficient for clean air...I think anyway... CAC is the american term for intercooler sorry to be difficult its just what im used to calling it from work

ok FG turbo grwoler CAI and big mouth which sucks cold air from the grille. located on the FG is the intake manifold hence being HOTTER than the other side which is the turbo side being the HOTTER side a turbo side intake is much hotter but travels a shorter distance..mate I work for a diesel engine mob take your car for a dyno and if you had to choose a compnent to pull off straight after between a turbo and an intake manifold you would choose the manifold how do I know? because ive been in the position dyno a truck turbo blows...turcks gotta go...get in there and change that turbo....ive got burns permanently on my hands to prove it
-
mate the exhaust manifold and the turbo are the hottest components on an engine turbo side - hot air short distance for it to travel crossover - cold air longer distance to travel cold air is dense which means more of it...a turbo engine doesnt need it to travel a short distance (although it helps of coarse it does) but being a turbo its actully creating that sucking of air from the shaft spinning due to the exhaust gas.. I know you're big power houses incorporate a short distance air filter or no filter at all (open housing) but look at the size of those turbos..they're huge lag would be a massive issue so the short distance that air has travel would be alot more effective in that case..this bloke said his looking for basic upgrades I think a crossover CAI would be good for him im speaking in the terms of FG IMO I dont know what side the airbox is factory on a BA I dont have a BA hence..I dont really care

mate growler and big mouth cold air induction kit..take the sickers off and it looks factory mate.. IMO the cross over is a better option, turbo side intake? the hot side of the engine?..that's not cold air

Which Intercooler For Fg Xr6T Street Car With Mild Mods
serdar replied to Sydneyxr6t's topic in Intercooler Workshop
how much was the PWR cooler? -
this bloke has hit it on the head...I was this close to going through with him...untill I heard a few stories and did abit of "price shopping" myself the products he uses are rapid (very good quality and great price!) the extra price I found that crescent puts on top as apposed to calling chris (rapid)direct to get a quote for parts supply only was a f*cking joke and believe me it was alot of money that crescent bumped on top.. end of the day go to a few tuners and see who you feel comfortable with

an aftermarket system is an aftermarket system its personal choice and how much u want to spend end of the day when u go to get an exhaust fitted these blokes have been doing it a long time and they will point you in the right direction..

Just a quick thought.... I know alot of people love they're turbo side air box feeding air straight into the compressor of the turbo.. and I know there are alot of mobs making these battery reloc kits and air box with 4 inch piping etc BUT and its a big one...I cant get my head around it being just behind the light! it would have to pick up air from somewhere there isnt THAT much air behind the headlight is there? unless theres another piece im missing about these air boxes? wouldn't you rather have a snorkel like design (similiar to the standard style or big mouth but on opposite side of coarse!) and fabricate it to feed that air box (ultimately) the pod? might sound stupid but imagine how much more air you would get out of one of those boxes at higher speeds? sucking all that air and just get dumped straight into that front turbo housing any thoughts has anybody done it? it would have to work im seriously considering fabricating something like that what are your thoughts???

It would cost alot of $$$ imagine the labour that would go into the amount of times someone would have to put up a piece of pipe under the car say "yep needs a bend there" go and mandrel bend it then go back and repeat the process over and over untill u reach the cat and then go from the cat back and so forth lots of money!!my uncle owns an exhaust shop here in sydney when they do custom pipping for hotrods which is basically extractors that hang out to the side of the car it costs a few grand...I think anyone of these systems would be good as long as its not standard... -bigger dumppipe to quickly dump that gas out of the turbine housing -bigger diameter pipping to allow for flow -high flow cats to replace restrictive stockies -straight through mufflers you will see good results with any aftermarket fullsystem just depends on your budget
