Hey guys I was just wondering if anyone knows any workshops around the st kilda area that do aluminum welding? I have a crack in the fuel surge tank and I can't find anyone who can fix it
-
Hey guys I have the halo/angle eyes installed on my car (bf tornado) and I noticed the left side ones arnt working I'm hoping its just a blown fuse, I was just wondering where I might find the fuse for this so I can check.
-
Haha nah I took the screamer of it was way to loud
-
nah its not tuned to e85, I was thinking of just welding an extra muffler onto the exhaust that will reduce noise and reduce emmisions??? the letter also states that I can have one induction modification, but I dont think its possible to change back to the stock air intake without changing back to the stock intercooler does that sound right?

Hey guys so after I got done for being to low I get an anoying letter by epa saying that I need to do an emission control systems test and a noise test. has anyone had one of these before? my car is fairly modded and I hope I dont have to change everything back to stock so I was just wondering what you guys would do in my situation. heres a list of mods I can remember of the top of my head its a 2007 bf tornado - Atomic Billet Oil Pump - Powerbond 20% Underdrive Pulley / 6PK2160 Turbo / Intake / Exhaust: - Rapid Systems V2.0 Intercooler Kit - 500x400x90 Bar & Plate Intercooler - 3inch cold side piping IC to TB - Underbattery CAI intake system (ceramic coated) - K&N Pod air filter - Turbo rear housing modified for external gate by Extreme Turbo Manifolds - Turbo Oil feed Line replaced with Speedflo Braided Lines and Earl's Racing Filter (removable / cleanable) - 4" Ceramic coated dump pipe, 4" Stainless Cat, Twin 2 1/2" pipes, 2 X hi-flow hurricane mufflers - Racetronix 79 lb/hr or 830cc injectors - Re-gapped WRX platinum spark plugs - Walbro GSS340 in-tank fuel pump - Custom alloy surge tank, Bosch 044 Pump, braided lines

Yeah I gonna try it with any empty tank and no passengers hopefully that will raise it a bit, and I'm pretty sure when he was checking I one side of the car was in the gutter
-
Thanks for the help guys much appreciated
-
only in the rear and it only hit the exhaust, how much do u reckon that would cost?
-
Haha yeah oops it's a bf tornado and obviously the front and back springs have been lowered not sure what size but I was told it was legal height,, in the melb area
-
Hey guys not sure if this is the right section to post, I got done by the police for being to low by 10-15 ml he reckons, now I have to go through the pain in tryin to get it raised. Do u guys have any recommendations in how to raise it as cheap as possible?
-

actually I found I another red and black hose at the top of the plenum which I think is ment to be connected to the t peice in the photo that then connects to a smaller hose and goes into the firewall which I think then goes to the boost controlelr what do u guys think?
