  1. I regret getting EGT now. I'd originally ordered a volt gauge but an EGT one rocked up. Who's fault it was? I dunno. I should have gone trans temp instead
  2. Plates are fake and skids aren't mine....
  3. Picked the pair up for 350. Only done 100 kms as old mate didn't like the 20's harsh ride on his new jeep. Bloke at tyre shop reckons they retail for 450 each
  4. Wasn't sure if the truetrac was working. Had to do a functional check Needed new tyres and while Taleb are out of stock of invo 285/30r20 I picked up these Continental Extreme Contacts for pretty cheap. Very good tyre in my opinion
  5. There's a decent group of us from Newcastle that meet up and attend cruises regularly. No shortage of us around NSW that race either
  6. -5's are too small for FG water lines. Water line is about 12.7 mm (1/2 inch). It will snuggly fit the -4 oil line however. I'd get a -7
  7. Braided line is a -4 which is about 8 mm from memory
  8. Was waiting for someone to dig this up. Did the clamp things last week. Ordered the wrong size but just drilled the holes out to the correct size no probs. Will post some pics later. I used the proflow seperators but recently discovered a new player on the market in epik industries. epikonline.com.au cheapest I've found
  9. well it's about fukcin time! haha jokes mate, that's some healthy figures. I'll keep an eye out down south for long single black marks on the road.
  10. Bungs on. Now to decide which catch can to use. Hmmmmm
  11. Yeah no EGT as of yet.....One day lol
  12. Finally got around to hooking up my oil pressure gauge. Used a earls/holley sandwich plate. Supplied threaded insert is designed for Z9 filter so had to get an aeroflow adapter and have it modified at the local machine shop. View from bottom View from top with filter Sits between 55-60 psi on cold start at idle. And in the 20's after a bit driving. Also dropped my rocker cover off to get some -10 bungs welded on for a catch can setup and took my 4 pot Brembos to Race Brakes Sydney to have some custom brackets made up to fit to the front. Custom brackets because they are off a 7 series BMW
  13. Same thing happened to mine on the other side. It's a bolt for the timing cover and you would have pulled the thread out of it. Not the end of the world as mine hasn't leaked for over 2 years
  14. That was the install alone. Paid $1000 or $1200 for the Harrop Truetrac. So $1800-2000 with standard gears. Hasn't skipped a beat
  15. Smithfield diff and gear. Installed mine for about $800 with new bearings, seals and oil
  16. saw a set of black ultimates about a fortnight ago......look fukcing horn. They still stood out at night mainly because they are so hoooooooge! I'm jealous
  17. Nope I got it mixed up. The orange one was a ute
  18. I'm pretty sure the one Herrods first had was orange. For a motoring journo I think
  19. Many butt holes were harmed in the making of that thread. Anyways. Looks pretty cool. 1 coat primer, 3 coats satin black. I have no idea when it comes to painting....
  20. Cheers G. Have it out now and cleaning it up....between having lols on FB as some of you may have seen
  21. Replaced the bolts for the ECU to one's that can be removed and installed as please. Only reason for doing it is so I can paint the ECU cover. Will unplugging the ECU f*ck with everything and will I have to reload the tune? I know what most of you are thinking. Next level modifications right here.
  22. I'll be looking at the full alloy 42mm one down the track. Gonna replace all inlet/outlets with AN fittings and make everything look purdy....I do realise the task ahead of me :(
  23. 11 flat on street tyres Soooooooooo 10.1 -10.4 on ET's
