  2. 275/30/19's shouldn't be a problem. Depending on the offset of you rims. Worst case is that you might have to get the guards rolled.
  3. Put me down for a set as well.

    Take It Easy

Did the same drive, Denham to Perth, biggest problem was people that were too nervous to overtake when it was clear to do so. Good to see a big police presence on the road, slowed down some of the tools. ps, it was nice of Denham to run out of 98 ron fuel, couldnt get any til Geraldton
  5. I guess it was pricey considering I decided not to get the unit as well. It was surprising that dyno time (2 Hours) wasn't included in the custom tune price but confidence in who works on your car, for me anyway, makes up for any extra cost. Since this workshop do log book servicing as well helps, means not having to flash back to factory tune every time works needs to be done. Since I dont have a lot of free time, convenience of a one stop shop makes all the difference Ian
  6. Cost was under just $1000. Generic tune was $610. Heaps more torque and car feels stronger throughout the range. Hopefully the injectors will sort out the smoothness of delivery. 5 year old car now but still only has 69000 on the clock so might have to put injector cleaner through.
  7. Will probably get the box at some stage but since I only drive the car 2 out of 3 weeks, I decided to go just the tune. Only other stuff is the K & N and 2nd CAI
  8. its a BA mk1 5 speed and even with all the Flash tune boxes going very cheaply I was still happy with the price
  9. Injectors and fuel pump next time I get to Perth. The bug has well and truely bitten
  10. Well, spent the morning at BPT and got the old girl custom tuned. Surprised with the stock power but even happier with the tune. Decided on a relatively safe tune as we maxed out at 274.4 rwkw with stock injectors. Feels like a new car and very reasonably priced
  11. 19 x 8.5 fronts and 19 x 9.5 rears, cost just on $1000 per corner with good rubber so a bit on the rich side but will fit brembos underneath when I get around to it. Got them about a year ago from Bob Janes in WA but if you shop around you would probably get them cheaper.
  12. Got mine from Bob Janes, good price as well
  13. Thanks fellas, got the cover off without too much damage only to find the motor inside a moulded section. Guess Ford will be getting a bit more of my hard earned
  14. Afternoon all, After spending 5 minutes trying to work out how to remove the cover of the wing mirror, I spat it and decided to ask any of the brains on here how it is done.Older Falcons had a screw under the mirror but all that is there now is a small plate. Reason for this is to see why my mirror won't adjust up or down, only in and out. Any help would be appreciated. cheers Ian
  15. No can do, middle of nightshift on that date
  16. Same as everyone else, work permitting I'll be along for the ride
  17. One for the undercoat brigade, and yes I need more bigger brakes...
  18. XB GS coupe with a 302 t-bar. Didn't call it a flying brick for nothing. Would do it again if I could find another
  19. Away at work for all those dates Steve
  20. A couple of us went around him and he obviously had a few issues with his manhood. Probably kicking himself for buying a holden. Great day anyway, good to finally meet some of you. Thanks steve, top effort Ian
  21. Umm, I think this is the Gin Gin cruise thread. I'm in Perth for this one, so count me in. Might even bring the better half if I can get her out of bed.
