  1. haha im talking to myself a ltitle, after reading a few posts, im wondering could it just be the clutch slave cylinder? it only smelt like dogs balls when I did it, the clutch does not slip at all so when I accelerate full throltle in fith it contines to up in speed as well as revs. The only major issue is the loss of pressure! I would greatly appreciate anyone helping me out haha becasue at the momment I was keen to spend my coin on suspension work but if the clutch needs to be replaced the coilovers will get postponed! Cheers guys
  2. just checking quickly did any of you have the shudder issue when engaging the clutch at low revs with the stock clutch, and did the mal wood opt 3+ rectify this problem?

I mean like I said im not going to get some ridulous power out of my car, but I dont want to be changing the clutch later on down the track again so im guessing the mal wood option 3+ will be the best bet im just happy I can still drive it normally! And yeh stainless I agree it was retarded my bad sh*t happens!, im still learning how to properly drive my car seeing as I had the zf before! Thanks for all the responses guys id probably have ended up wasting my money if it wasnt for everyone thanks again!

  6. Haha I don't blame you fr laughing amateur mistake on my behalf haha what was it like to drive people are telling me that the heavy duty clutches drive bad ?

  8. Im not sure to sure this has been brought up before, im sort of new to the site, being my first topic. Ive recently purchased a FG XR6T after being on my p plates with an XR6. The clutch has lost its pressure after me being a retard and when to launch it in third...... Now my dilema is im not sure if I should go back with a new standard clutch quoted 900 fitted (genuine) from my mechanic or opt for a heavy duty clutch which ive been quoted from ABS automotive 1400 im assuming fitted I forgot to ask. Im not looking at getting ridiculous power out of the car in near future, just a tune exhaust injectors and the other basic mods so no more then 300rwkw. What would be youre recomendations and also places that you would recommend to go see in Perth! also what would be the right price mark! Cheers!
