    G'day lads. Time has come to dump the factory fill from my 11 XR6T as it's just clicked over 2 years old and done 30K. What's the best method with the FGs? Previous cars I've just dumped from the bung, flush with hose, fill with demin, run with heater on, dump and repeat (until clear). Also, what brand / type are you good folk running?     Here's my $3.50 bunnings air intake. Sits snug behind the headlight and has made a definite difference to spool noise. I also have an XR8 snorkel and K&N panel Just couldnt justify a $400 induction kit at the power level I'm chasing.

    Per topic I want to hear from anyone that's had the holes in their boot lid filled in where the spoiler fits? Weighing up whether its cheaper this way or to simply hunt for an XT bootlid.

    Yep she's stock, I've ditched the factory muffler cone thing in favour of a Rapid System delete kit. Spools to a much nicer note now!

    Took my intake muffler off today and saw a small puddle of oil in the mouth of the turbo Is this normal?

    Saw [GUN-FPV] just up there /\ /\ and reminded me of my ride before the XR6T Had this R32 GT-R for 2 years, spent a fair bit on her after importing it from Japan. Got 405 rwhp out of it and a flat 12 second quarter. Miss it like crazy sometimes, just an incredible vehicle.

    An XR6T with those mods and that power will naturally be quicker than a stock F6, but that's not really comparing apples with apples. What weren't you impressed with?

    Chaps, anyone know the inlet dia of the stock exhaust tip? Im going to jump on that Best Mufflers site today and order a set of twin straight cuts to replace the factory oval jobbie. Just want to make sure I order the correct size! Cheers

    Right, so turns out nothing to do with the springs and the noise is very irregular - only does it on selected roads and surfaces. Wilkos couldn't find anything but it's definitely still doing it. Had a thought after looking underneath today.., could it be the bumpstops? I notice they're a bees dick off touching the bar????

    Quick one lads, will I need a dump around the 320rwkw mark? Im budgeting a high-flow cat, just need to know if a dump is required at this power level?

    The paint on the front bumper is peeling where it meets the base of the wheel arch. Will the factory warranty cover this?

    Paid 33 for an 11 MK1 premium pack with 14,000ks in Oct last year.

    Thanks mate, I'm keen to chuck a set of SSSLs in the rear just to see how different it looks / rides. If its none to complex I might have a crack myself.
