staino, here are some things I learned over the past couple of years of training: Never say you hate certain exercises as you'll be made to do them more. But dont claim you love them either, as reverse psychology doesnt work, and you'll get made to do them anyway, but probably more reps/heavier weight. Dont whinge that its too difficult or too heavy, cause they'll throw in an extra set. And never forget that personal trainers are sadists. Lol. TL;DR?: You're screwed.
