Managed to break through the chain keeping me at my desk, and snuck out for some lunch. Today is going too quickly for my liking - how can it almost be 2?

This is all the shelving, wall hooks, dump bins etc. We try to make sure our POS material can be reused. We have a lot of generic "sale now on!" banners. Still havent gotten the info I need yet. looks like we're putting out a blank catalogue lol.

Phoon, we're trying. But the stuff blocking my window seems to be merchandising stuff (brackets, stands etc) that only go when the stores damage theirs or we open a new store. Crapload of compressors out there though.

No idea. The window over my desk looks out into the warehouse, and is blocked by a tower of stock.

Im out in Moonee Ponds and rarely have trouble getting into the city. In fact, when I was living in geelong, and dating a guy who lived in ringwood, I could get to and from Melbournes CBD quicker than he could. Changed my routine at the gym yesterday, and im gonig to go do a boxing class today. I love boxing.

I need to mock up a 28 page catalogue in excel by 5pm, as well as create a spreadsheet listing all the costs, GP% etc... Its a day and a half long job usually. I hate this. Busted one of them working on December catalogue though.... focus on June first people!

Morning all! I'm not looking forward to work today. From what I can tell I have a quiet morning, but as of lunch it'll be flat out. Stupid managers telling me they can't get the info (that we need for tomorrow morning) to me til this arvo. I've been asking for it for weeks!!!!

was so happy when one of the guys here discovered the IGA sold that. Before that if I wanted chicken and salad it was $10 from the shop nearby.

My lunch today. $5 from my local IGA. Had to remove the chicken skin though. So tasty but so unhealthy :(

SHP Models dont even look like they do in the magazines. that's what makes it so terrible. I do my best to ignore it though. its hard to get out of that mindset.

When I see a car trying to change lanes I let them in when I can. What pisses me off is that most of the time, they then block anyone who tries to change lanes in front of them.

No, I dont like the BMI. It claims I'm borderline overweight. And its not that I AM borderline overweight and just dont want to admit it - I wear a size 8 and im 5'6. Mesomorph makes your face really itchy for a while.

There are scales that do it. I doubt its dead accurate, but its a good indicator. There are places that can do full body scans, or some can work it out using skin fold measurements.

Im at 29% body fat right now. Would like that to be a little lower (21-33% is the healthy range for females)

Thanks freaky. Already have strong thighs and arse :D It just annoys me that im so strong in some aspects, but weak as in others. It should be more even...

What I'm aiming for is to lose cm's but get stronger. I already have broad shoulders and a wide upper back, and I'd hate for that to get any bigger. Practically look like a swimmer as it is :(

Thanks pazz. You're right, I don't want a thick waist or anything like that. It's taken a lot of dieting and hard work just to GET a waist.

I just thought it was funny that I was talking about my pink stilettos with bows on the side of them while assembling a grinder. Would be like discussing how to rebuild a gearbox while doing someones makeup. Its not things you expect to go together.

I was up in the marketing department earlier assembling a wet stone grinder for our graphic artist to take a photo of, all while discussing the new stilettos that I wore into work today. Thought it was kind of funny.
