Facebook is pissing me off at the moment. Specifically those self righteous know it alls on there. Mention in a group that I cant run 5k, because I have breathing difficulties and a f*cked hip, and I get told "yes you can". NO I f*ckING CANT! I'm the one who has to live with the consequences if I do - not the f*cking trainer! And im not talking about training towards doing a 5k run - im talking about going out there TODAY and doing the run. Fact remains that I will probably pass out, and if I dont, I certainly wont be able to WALK tomorrow! /rant

When I went to Brisbane it happened to be the one week last year when melbourne was warmer than Brissie. That sucked. I'll make sure I bring my coat. anything under 30deg is cold!

Think I proved I knew what I was talking about. There was also the guy who wanted to know where the hitachi skins were. "You know, the green ones".
