Called one of my suppliers earlier chasing some information we'd been waiting for for a month. She cracked it with me, saying she'd sent it to my manager plenty of times, and he'd never replied. Asked her to forward it to me, as he wasn't here (plus he was the one who had told me to call her), and when I get the email...they'd been spelling his name wrong in his email address. Wrote back to her and suggested she update his details in her system. I love it when angry people turn out to be wrong.
