Nic I have a shake when I feel the need to have a snack - ask Dre which one he buys, cause its awesome. I wouldnt replace a meal with one though.

I add some walnuts to my salads, as well as some chickpeas, jus to make it a bit more filling. Also, if you do prefer to have a dressing, a small amount of balsamic and olive oil should do the trick.

Nothing wrong with carbs - you need them for energy. Just stay away from the processed ones, like white bread.

There have been some days that are utter hell, and others that have been fine. I leave for work at 7:55, and will get there anytime between 8:10 and 8:30, depending on traffic. Once they finish joining the two halves of palmers road together things will be a lot easier, as I wont have to go on geelong road at all.

this. Would have been easier had I stayed in moonee ponds, and replaced housemates as the ones I had left. But circumstances made that impossible. I can afford to rent alone - just. it means I cant save money, or head out much, but at least I know that the rent and bills can be paid. Despite all my whinging, I am happy to have somewhere to live, and that I earn enough to get through a sh*tty situation. Things could be a lot worse.
