Receptionist puts a call through. "It's Leigh's wife" (Leigh is my manager). Turns out it was a woman named lyn watt.

Right now I have a view of the river if I look through the CEO's office. Soon I will get a view of the river if I look through the boardroom.

We have a new guy starting next week (that I have to train) but because of this, there's been an office re-shuffle, and I get to move desks!!! No more sitting in the view of the CEO and Merchandise Manager (the head of my team).

I can't drink southern comfort anymore, or Smirnoff blacks

I want to go on leave again.

Doesn't feel safe - especially when the bus driver thinks that he has to smash the brake pedal to the floor to stop, and half the people standing fall onto other people.

I usually get on at the third from the end, but when the train before it gets cancelled, I don't get a seat. I usually try and get on a train earlier than the one I need, so that I can have a stress free trip in. Leaving work is a different story, as the bus to the station doesn't run often enough, so I have to stand (the next bus after the one I usually get is more packed). But I don't feel safe doing it. It's illegal not to wear a seatbelt in a car, but it's ok to stand on a bus? How does that even make sense? For the most part though the train has been the easier option. I'm surprised. I thought I'd hate it.

This past week Pazz and I have been house sitting, so I've been taking a train from a different station all this week. Anyway, I get to the station this morning, and the platform is packed. Train pulls up, and people are already having to stand. Figure the one before it had been cancelled. Everyone pushes their way onto the train, like its a can and they're sardines. I decided to wait for the next train, because I can get claustrophobic on packed trains. Next train showed up 2 minutes later, and there were more empty seats than taken ones lol. Glad I waited.
