Surely I get a say in this

It's not worth the fight. Surprised I didn't see a fight yesterday arvo. Was driving along the west gate fwy, heading towards the city. As I needed to take montague st, I was in the left lane, and there was a done up VE SS ahead of me, but one lane to te right. A motorbike came up behind me, and the lane I was in began to split off the main road. The motorbike then went to overtake me on the right, but lane splitting. As he did so, the driver of the SS realized she was meant to take montague st, and merged over the painted traffic island,clipping the bike. The rider managed to stay upright, ad the SS pulled over. I came to a stop, so that the bike could also pull over near the car (he stopped in the traffic island). He doesn't move, so I start to, and then he pulls out in front of me. Yells at the woman for a moment, then rides off. Guess he didn't want to stop and swap details, as he was also in the wrong.

I've barely been with him a month, and apparantly I'm single again. Good thing I'm going to the lake this weekend. There's plenty of hot guys up there!

Fluff, I agree...but I guess he's allowed to wear what feels comfortable lol. Would love to replace all his underwear though!! I do draw the line at jocks with holes in them, and the elastic visible. Like Pazz said, I'd throw them straight in the bin. Mind you, his attitude about spending money on decent underwear being a waste of money doesn't extend to me buying underwear. He'd crack the sh*ts if I bought a 10 pack of briefs!

this is puppy when we first found her. Whoever she had belonged to had starved her. Mum found her on the side of the road, dragging herself using only her front legs. She wasn't even strong enough to walk. This is puppy now

Thanks for the advice SIP, but I already do most of that. I fall asleep easily enough. It's staying asleep that's the issue.

Blaming Pazz does seem the easiest option. But I'm having sleeping issues every night...and Pazz isn't over that often. So the problem isn't him.

They were using the crane at 6. Been having issues sleeping recently - this didn't help. Haven't had a decent nights sleep is weeks :(

Morning all!! There is a house being built across te road from me - does anyone know if there is a time that they can't bring loud trucks into a suburban street before? It's just that their truck woke me up before 6am.

I had chassis straightened, new bumper, new boot floor, boot lid, new left rear quarter panel...the whole arse of my BFii was replaced basically.

(above corrected so that I can understand it properly) Not true. When my car was rear ended I had it repaired, no issue. The woman who hit me would have been travelling faster than 5kph too, as her car was a write off (the front end of her car was f*cked). My car even had a bent chassis. While having it written off would have been the ideal situation (the front of my car was damaged too) they've managed to repair it just fine. Drives just like it used to.

Morning all

Last year I told you all about my friend who was murdered while going to the aid of his ex girlfriend (the mother of his child). The results of the trial came back today. The guy who did this has been charged with 2nd degree murder, and sentenced to 50 years in gaol, with a 35 year non parole period. While this doesn't bring my friend back, it's the best result we could have hoped for. I'm glad it's over.
