  1. Correct me if I'm wrong, I'm not an expert but I believe no one exercise will work every aspect of your pecs. After you determine what parts you need to work on, it comes down to what works for you and personal preference. When I used to train I'd usually go flat barbell bench (mid/upper pec ), incline barbell bench (upper), dumbbell flys (inner?) and you can also do decline for lower pec but I didn't do it as often. Again, feel free to correct me on anything only going on what I remember

  4. Has Spiro said anything about how the tailshaft and gearbox are going to hold up with the new power?
  5. How much did painting cost if you don't mind me asking?
  6. Yeah will get some quotes but I doubt his excess is anything over $1500. A rear bar, boot, taillights, labour and spraying? I can't imagine it being less than his excess

  9. Alright guys thanks for the help. Always awkward telling a mate that it's their fault, guess I'm too nice Although I think this all happened out of karma because I laughed at my friend when she wrote on facey today: "So ah yep...went to reverse out of a car park and put my clutch in and it is now stuck to the floor of my car, pretty broken. so stuck in my car on with a temp of 45° :/ best Friday night ever!" What goes around comes around! Edit: Sorry to confirm your suspicions STAINLESS, What's another few months delay on the tray gonna matter
  10. Thanks man, always know I can count on you to shower me with support

  12. Unfortunately my car was rear ended tonight by my mate's navara :( What happened was I slowed quite heavily (no lock up or tyre squeal) to avoid a possum running infront of me. Would have only been travelling 40-45 in the 50 zone. My mate driving behind didn't see brake lights in time and hit me. On visual inspection it looks like boot is bent, rear bumper caved in and maybe lights need replacing. No damage to his car due to bullbar. Is it true that there is no cover if you slow for an animal? What else can I do?
  13. Well, that will be the last time I'm going. Was a good event as a spectator with mates, but utterly stupid when you take your car and/or your missus. I didn't have a good time at all, I was stressed 100% of the time. We ended up leaving a day early because everything was just too out of hand, we couldn't complete 1 lap without water being thrown on the girls and people going for grabs. Will only be attending powercruise in the future, which is just a good fun day of driving without as many idiots in my experience. There was some extremely tough cars there and the burnouts and events were awesome, but we didn't get to see nearly as much as we wanted because it's just so hard to bring the girls anywhere. In hindsight, was a bad decision to start with, thought it would turn out alright but it's just as bad as you hear in the stories. My 0.02c

Do you guys just use the suction cup to mount to the outside of car? No other fixing?
  16. Shotgun built ZF and brembos when car spontaneously implodes But seriously, Plenty of guys running 400-450rwkw on standard internals (other than valve springs), you shouldn't have any problems at that power. Tailshaft definitely a weak point if not already replaced, be prepared to fork out the money if it breaks. Traction wise, most guys go for a 9.5" or so rims on the rear, running at least a 275 tyre. Nitto is very popular here, the invo in particular. Congrats on the new car

  19. My car will be floating around, probably only a couple cruise laps during the day and maybe grass events. Our first year bringing the girls too, pretty nervous about it really, I can see us being back at the campsite most of the time because of them haha.
