I might give the car a hard time especially with hard accelerations, but my mechanical simpathy always tries to keep the engine revs below 6000rpm. I know I have hit 6200rpm before, but that was an accident. However with me taking off in 5th today on the frewway at 80kpm, the car kinda went ape sh*t and spun tires. I crapped myself. I had to change my nappy when I got to work.

Nah mate not saying you bashing the limiter. I never bashed the limiter and had similar issues. Hard acceleration and decelration is not good for the timing chain and harmonic balancer? Rear turbo housing was cracked and guides were snapped. No skipped tooth for me, but chain was replaced.

Far out I love mining old threads. Looks like the after market mirror does not have the motor inside it to move the mirror around, or there is no indicator in there. I think you could migrate the motor from the old mirror to the new one. Use the old loom as well, but you would need to tranplant the connector/plug too.

No loose bolts on the turbo by any chance? Also, could the timing chain have skipped a tooth or two? U1900 is comms fault because of the obd dongle being plugged in. If you leave torque running and turn the car off and then turn it on, you get this code sometimes. Seems

Hahahaha gold. I take it that you have not played any of the fallout series games. I played 1+2+3+4. I missed out on vagas cause I didnt know it existed. The secret to the game is to save every 5 minutes. This way you can go back if you shoot someone by accident. Install the game and give it another go and see if you enjoy it this time.

save file then open it and zoom in. His resolution is way higher than your screen. Hence why you have the issue.

Hehehehehe, it's good to know you were paying attention then. This week and next week is going to feel like a year, life has froozen in time for me. :( They say that nothing sucks like electrolux. I beg to differ. Dont believe what they say. I swear that GTX could suck a chiwawa through a 1" pipe. Man that thing is loud too. I am dreading the day when the valet tunes comes off cause those 245/35r19 are gonna be squealing all the way to the tire shop for replacements.

Dave, how long have you had the car for now? Has it taken you this long to look at the engine bay?

I am pretty sure that is the noise the id1000 jectors make. If you want to catch up at some stage, you can have a listen to my engine bay and see what you think.

I cant be stuff brushing my hair. I rather have a cap or a beanie on. Bite me. I never have my hoodie up though. I think it might be time to get rid of the hats and beanie and shave it all off then.
