    I only have the ECU for an FG XR6 Turbo Auto. My car is a manual so I am on the hunt for an FG XR6T Manuuuueeeeaaaal ecu... No I do not have have the BCM or PCM.

    ahhh, come on Rab. Don't be like that. I was about to ask the question about the XR6T. I thought this XR6T was going to be sold for parts as a wreck. What changed? PS, my contribution to this fresh post is that I have a second hand FG ECU for an Auto, assuming you are interested of coarse. No I will not be selling it for 1200 clams.

    sounds like they don't like us FordXr6Turbo guys no more. not sure why. I drive by monsta torque at least once a week as one of our branch offices is 2 mins from there. There are always falcons parked up to the entrance of the car park. Not sure where he is getting all this business from, but I suppose it is a good thing, since he no longer works on the mines.

    I have a spare FG Auto ECU. I can't use it for my manual as I had planned(or should I say I don't want to risk it). you know how to find me.

    if the car is flashed with an X4 cal with a locked tune, you can't read the tune. To test if it is locked, download a free copy of forscan and then try and connect your laptop to your car via obd and see what forscan says. If it says it can't connect, then your x4 cal tune is locked.

    that colour does look good. I prefer it over black or white. However the fact that he managed to find a manual is what has me in shock.

    I could have sworn these kits were like $495 at one stage. If they have come down that much, I might have to find a place in WA to get it done.

    definitely Phil's shaft, how did you guess Camo? Polly molly upgrade, or what ever it is called. Can't afford the 2k for the carbon shaft. Apparently the price includes the center bearing as well.

    I have the obdlink MX bluetooth device and have been using it for a while. There is a slight delay when looking at the revs. That is how I have my gauges set up Please keep in mind that you have to ad the FORD PID into the list, through the settings page. The only custom PID that I have, is the Ford EOT gauge. I do not believe that you can get the oil pressure from the ECU.

    I can vouch that damn plastic elbow is gonna start poping off the damn IC pipes. I tried to put it back on a few times in different ways and it still came off. Hair spray did not help either. I got the PW one from Kev and installed it myself. Best thing I have done to the car in a long time.

    It has been a while since I last did a solid . I have now passed on the batten to our newest member.

    It is precautionary measures, especially after the last round of upgrades. I still got to get the clutch done, but the driveshaft is first. All other places in Perth are charging 150% more, than what Phil is charging at Final drive. I may was well get it done, before he raises his prices as well.

    that is correct, but google will always take the shortest path. I need way points and google won't let you do that. Essentially Google maps is missing the itinerary feature like the tom tom gps navigators. I have previous tried to setup waypoints using pins or my maps application, but as soon as you open it in navigation, it all goes to sh*te. If you know how to do it, please do a recording of it using a go pro or something and send it to me in a private message if you want.

    Well look what I found. A thread with the exact same problem is me. the only difference is that mine happens every time I turn left into my driveway. A clunk sound from the back left. It is starting to drive me bonkers. After readying about the air vent in the boot, I might look at this when I get home.

    The hardest bit about organizing a cruise is that you need a co-pilot or a navigation system that allows you to enter way points and share that with others. I can't be driving and trying to use google maps to work out where we meant to be driving. I am getting to old for that sh*te. If someone is willing to be co-pilot, I am happy to organize another cruise.

    Being sick for the last week and a half and being in bed for most of that time, has not been fun. I take it that there was no cruise due to the weather, which sucks. So is there a cruise for this weekend?

    Far out, I thought I was the best at threads, but this one takes the cake.

    PAH, to get the chrome boot liner out, I normally lift the centre console up from the cup holder area. There are clips holding it in place so lifting it from the cup holder area with a bit of force, will undo the clips. You can then use your fingers to get under the centre console plastic and unclip the boot.
