wireless charging built in. gotchya. I was not aware that the Samsung products had built in wireless charging. Just bought my Wife an S9 and it is good news to find out she has it. I have a oneplus 5 so no wireless charging in there. :(
-
The cat and the 11psi boost, I still reckon it is tuned. only a dyno run would tell us the truth.
-
I suspect that there is a tune in the car cause you have the venom cat in it. it is best to get a tuner to have a look at it though. Good luck with it all.

Ohh I do have a sun shade for the windscreen. Even like that I have had one mount melt and become unusable. It is the wireless charging that has me interested. So I take it that you have to have one of their phone covers on the phone so it can wireless charge the phone yeah? If that is the case, do you get another charger for inside the house?
-
You might have one of these in the car https://www.stage3motorsports.com/7015-SCT-X4-Handheld-Tuner-Vehicle-Programmer.html Sometimes they leave them in the center console, if a sedan, otherwise the glove compartment if a ute. I would say the car is tuned at least cause he has the venom cat in there. Maybe call a few tuners and give them your rego number. They could check their records and see if it has been tuned there or not. They could also give you some history on the car too. Just a thought.

where are you located?

do you think it is worth it? most of the mobile phone holders that I have bought in the past have melted in the Perth Heat. The one phone holder that has stood the test of time since 2016 is the samsung generic holder that they have. https://www.samsung.com/au/mobile-accessories/vehicle-dock-v200sa-smartphone-4-5-7-screen/ https://www.jbhifi.com.au/gps-car-audio/car-audio-accessories/samsung/samsung-universal-mobile-vehicle-dock-for-large-handsets/509149/ I got 3 of them at one stage for $36 and have not looked back. I might contemplate that wireless charger one that you listed above, if you think it is worth it.

not at all. I had it with the stock clutch for a while and now with the new clutch, still feels the same. They did have to use a die grinder to clean it up a bit on the inside of the spring so it would sit flush and it worked. lol.

Well I was trolling the facebook market place and came across a G6e that was for sale. in the description it had a link back to the forum which was providing history of the car. Since @MattyP started the thread, I assumed he was selling his car. Only he can confirm.
-
up close. a bit further back to show the brake switch.
-
@MattyP is selling his G6e. why not buy that?
-
ohh before you do anything else. I am assuming you have a manual, now that you mention the clutch pedal. Mine had the same problem. the spring for the pedal actually cracked and snapped on mine. the spring was replaced with a stock valve spring!!!! they had to use a die grinder to grind a tad on the inside, but it actually fit in and did the job. The whole pedal assembly was going to cost me $280 just because of a spring.

from what I recall from another thread, sometimes it is the switch on the brake pedal that causes this. The other thing, is that you need to brake at least once after starting the car, to be able to activate cruise control. When trying to set the cruise control, does the Cruise control info blink/flash at you?

I <3 Bananas me, if you bill is that high a quarter, then something is wrong. Swimming pool pumps chew up heaps of power. don't run it at night. run it at lunch time(midday) when the solar system is pumping out at max. Puff, I don't see how you guys could use 35kw in a day especially with kids. Are they sucking the power out directly from the plug with a straw or something? Do they each have a TV, PLaystation, Xbox, Radio and clock in their rooms? Man I would be broke if I had power bills like that? My wallet would be broke and so would my mind. I was bitching and complaing and chucking a riot when my bill hit $250 for 2 months. If you really want to monitor what power you are using in the house, one of these bad boys does help. https://www.jaycar.com.au/mains-power-meter-with-extendable-lcd-display/p/MS6108 https://www.jaycar.com.au/mains-power-meter/p/MS6115 -

each tesla battery can hold 10KW if I am not wrong. How can you use 30kw at night? Only way to work out if a battery is worth while is see how much you pay for power in a year if you get bills. If you pay $250 every 2 months, then definitely not worth it. However for those that pay $400 every 2 months, that will pay itself off before the warranty expires. I see it this way. if you get the battery added onto your system, technically you should not get another bill from the power company. It should also allow you to run your house off the power stored in the battery without having to use any power from the grid. If you still use power off the grid and you have a battery bank, then you got it all wrong. First thing I did once I signed up for solar, was change my light bulbs to LED. that alone helped our power bills without even having solar panels. another thing you can do is automate your house with sensors to see when if you are in the room or not. It can turn off your lights when you not there, especially when you have kids. Also with the home automation systems you can also control your blinds to open and close them at specific times to help reduce or increase temps in the house. This comes in handy especially in winter when it is cold. open the blinds in the morning to allow the sun to get in and heat the place up. Even better in summer, you can close the blinds in the late arvo on the west side of the house to keep the heat out and keep the house cool. -
I bet you one of the network admins has a group policy in place for the network that prevents you from setting up a screen saver. Just get into the habit of pressing the windows key + L to lock the computer. The computer will go into sleep mode quicker.

I am not sure where you guys got 20k for a battery system. I called Infinate Energy 2 years ago and they told me that it would cost me 13k to get a Tesla battery and inverter for my system. Oh BTW my last bill was a credit for $537. :D -
do you know how the fire started?

I didn't have an option for something like that. I still think that you should not have to pay for something like that. The smart meters should be giving us that information for free FFS -
HTF are people using 4 cpu's? like wtf? what Xeon board are they using?

I like how it knows your consumption. that would have made my life so much easier. My inverter does not show any of that. -
well give us some links then. if he is using said Chinese cameras, what software is he running on windows then? I have 8 cameras only and the NVR does 16. Time to get some cameras for inside the house then.
-
I had to call synergy 6 weeks before I got my installation done in 2011. I only got the meter 2 weeks after my install. I agree with stripes. call them back and tell them you want it done asap.

Since they have not be able to provide a log book, I would get them to get you a log book and fill it out, so you still maintain your resale value. I would then get them to service the car and do the following for Free!!! Oil and oil filter service. Diff oil service. Coolant flush and refresh. If Auto, get them to do the trans oil. Get them to replace the trans cooler as well. Get them to check the diff bushes as well. Otherwise they should refund you X amount based on the list above.

lol. That was quite the thread
