The jack "mounts" behind the passenger seat??? Must be an option?.. My jack & its bag of junk doesn't have a home!... It just is stashed wherever behind either seat with its silly "unstashable" handle hanging out the end of the bag!! Piss poor, I reckon?..

The SS induction system is aprox $600 fitted, including re-usable BMC filter element. Value for gain.. it has no equal! My 1st reaction on hitting the Western Ring Rd after Herrods was WOW!! I believe the Herrod exhaust IS complimented by the SS intake?... Better breathing In & Out! -
Been to "½million" tyre dealers so far... Narrowed it down to Goodyear F1 GS DS (245/40x18)... They apparently won best performance tyre in Europe. Around the $450 mark... Now finding someone that actually has them in stock??

Hmmmm, I think if I had the decision all over again, I'd buy the XR8 .. Herrod / Capa blower, exhaust, cold air.... And drink the left over change?... In saying that... The Pursuit IS awesome.... Just pisses me a little how much you pay for the FPV name!

I'm also due (tyres I mean!)... SP 9000's are absolutely knackered, just ticked over 20,000ks... Do I buy 3 new Dunlops as the spare hasn't yet been on? ( & keep the best of the old for spare).. Or try 4 new of another brand? $2000 every 20,000ks is a bit hot?.. There MUST be a good allround alternative that wears better & is a bit more reasonably priced?

I had this on my AU... Ending up pulling the placky bits off ( they only clip in) & putting a bead of silastic on them, then pushing back on. The Pursuit doesn't whistle as yet , even though identicle mouldings as the AU. THAT could also be the growl of the Zorst drowning out all else?

As you probably realise the pursuit lower bar is removable ( different to XR).. I plan on making a mould for a new one with twin cutouts, & I reckon you have room for the 2 mufflers BEFORE you go over the axle ( big cavity on R/H side).. I also think I can fit the L/H pipe between the spare & the leaf.... will keep you posted on this....... Regards Charlie

Boss 260... Do the pipes still run down the R/H side of the vehicle? (to avoid fuel tank) & do you still have spare wheel in its place? Also interested to know where the L/H pipe actually goes over rear axle?... One more?.. Who did the rear bar mods?... BTW Looks awesome! ( definately where I'm heading!) Regards Charlie
