Have any one resprayed there 19" luxury wheels black on an ego fg ute? Looking at doing it just wanting to see what it looks like.

Yeah I was thinking orange but a bit too out there for me lol, I was thinking black aswell but cant find many pics of ego utes on black majority seem to go silver

Hey just looking to lower my 2010 xr6t ute, I have a pair of ssl front king springs out of my old bf sedan just wanting to know if they will fit into the ute, and whats a rough price on resetting the rear leafs or can I get away with blocks.

Sorry its jolting hard into second, so if I take off from the light and punch it with traction off I get wheel spin then shift to second and it jolts hard, the "zf fart" seems to have quietened abit too since its started jolting. Its only when I punch it if I take of normal and shift its fine

I dont think what that described is whats happening, drove it again today and its jolting hard into first it has never done it since a couple of days ago, not sure what it could be

Latley I have noticed if im manual shifting from first to second there is a pause between gear change feels like the power cuts out for a second and it jolts to second and keeps going. Iv only noticed it since I changed fuel from 95 to 98 not sure if this is just a coincidence or not. In performance mode or drive it shifts fine only when manual shifting. Does anyone know what it could be?

Hey guys just wanting to know if I pull the vac line off the bov and block it do I need to block the piece on the bov that the vac line goes over aswell? Or is it better to just remove it all together?

Car has 160,000km on it, iv never had it changed but I have only had the car for abit over a year, previous owner serived the car regularly according to the books.

I have a bf xr6 with a 6 speed zf trans. recently the trans has started hard shifting and jerking on shifts, its having different probkens in different modes. from 2nd to 3rd it makes a low vibrating sound in low revs in normal mode, if I switch it over to sports shift theres a low vibrating sound in 1st from 1500rpm to 2000rpm but no vibrating from second to 3rd. Sometimes it also seems like the revs drop a little while accelerating. just wanting to know if anyoe has had this issue and hats causing the problem, thanks

I was quoted from aami $1800 for the g6et and $3200 for the fgxr6t Why is there such a big difference?

Yeah the Calais wasn't exciting for me, not very torquie and to get them quick would cost abit more. Don't really wanna spend the extra for a bigger turbo for street use so ill just get out of it what I can.

Will the bf turbo bolt straight on? The car is only for street use so don't want it to be too laggy, is the bf turbo too big and what sort of power can you get out of them? Or is the fg turbo good enough for the street.

hey guys im new to the forum, im looking at getting a g6et soon for my next car. iv been tossing up between this and a few other cars such as the ve calais 8 and the xr6t, but pretty set on the g6et. also looking to do some work to it hoping to have around 330rwkw+ just wanting to know whats the best way to go about getting these figures and the price tag along with it, also for the people running this sort of power have you had any problems with the car,box,turbo etc. cheers
