  1. Looking better now. If you have a Lambo then its ok to be under the center line... Part numbers on calipers are as follows: Front Calipers: 20.7678.00 (outer) 20.7679.00 (inner) Rear Calipers: 6972 (outer) 6971 (inner)
  2. Yeah I will if I remember tonight
  3. All good now, I have the factory position brackets
  4. No offense tocchi, but how can you know how much saving I'm having? I can tell you there is no way I could have got fg brembos front and rear for the price I paid for the stuff I have. People do this because of price and availability, try and buy a new set of B series brembos..
  5. Hi Guys, Just wanted to post up some photos of the brembo calipers mounted to my FG using the BA/BF brackets (I have confirmed that the bracket on my calipers are exactly the same as BA/BF). As you can see they don't sit in the factory location, which has been discussed in length on these and AFF forums, but I found no actual photos of it. I don't hate the look (as much as I would prefer the standard position), and AFAIK, as long as I put the correct caliper on the correct side, swap the crossover pipes and nipples over they will perform the same. However I'm also going to use this thread to see if you guys can help me out and put me in contact with someone who has a set of FG brackets, that would either sell to me or ideally swap for my BA/BF brackets. I am going to need custom line made up, which is a pain as I need to get the car there, and pay them to make/fit lines and bleed the system, something I wouldn't have to do if I found a set of FG Brackets. so if you know of any for sale or swap please let me know.
  6. They are in great condition and would be a good price if they fit. I'm trying to establish if they are the same as fitted to BA Both the front and rear calipers are exactly the same as BA/BF far as I can tell. Rear part numbers on brackets and calipers are identical. Front caliper part number is almost the same 20.7679.00 v 20.7679.01 (which I got from the rebuild thread). I need to find out what the significance of the part number difference. The front mounting bracket part number is significantly different, but it looks visually the same. Can someone give me some close ups of the front mounting brackets for BA/BF? Or tell me where I can buy front and rear FG brackets, that way it should be easy to fit up
  7. Yeah the TS & TE's had brembos. I have the correct wheels to fit brembos. I'm more concerned with the brackets, offsets, actually bolting up the calipers.
  8. Hi Guys, I can get at set of front and rear 4 pot AU2 brembos at mates rates, however I want to fit them to my FG XR6T. Can anyone confirm what needs to be done to fit these up? In regards to the fronts, is it just the same procedure as putting on BA/BF brembos on a FG, and getting some lines made up? Is it easier to try and source FG brackets, if so where can they be found? or will the brackets on the AU calipers work fine. For now I'm mainly concerned with the front calipers, I will tackle the rears at a later date, as I'm guessing there will be some modifications required. Cheers
  9. Hey Guys, The work wheels, aren't going to work out for me, won't get them until mid July... Sux. I'm back to looking at the rota grids, but whats up with the colour on their web site? it seems different between wheels. 18" Rota Grid in Gun Metallic 18" Rota Grid 'R' in Gun Metallic I really like the 2nd photo, but the top photo almost has a bronze tint to it. Has anyone seen these on a nitro falcon? Do you think it will look good with the flat on front and concave on rear, I think it will but wonder what you guys reckon.
  10. What size are the hubs on a fg? Do you know if the work center caps fit?
  11. Definitely like the gram lights, would look great. However I think im going to stick with the T7Rs. What have you guys done for wheel nuts? (Ie. where did you get them), if I've done my research right they are a 1/2" tread.
  12. I'd love to get a set of the gt5s, but the wheels just don't seem to be the right size. Can you guys please give me your opinion on my choice. Fronts Work T7Rs 18x8.5 +30 (+38 is an option too) Nitto Invo 245/40/R18 Rears Work T7Rs 18x9.5 +30 Nitto Invo 275/35/R18 I don't know the hub size of the wheels, but I will get a suitable hub ring. Do you think I will have any issues fitting the above select on my FG XR6T Sedan?
