Yeah it got tuned after it got done but a road tune I think that could be my problem as it has nt been tuned properly to suit the mods

Hi guys did my flapper. Mod on my bf typhoon and I think the flapper was not closed right when I put a new 12 psi actutor on as around mid range it feels like air is blowing around it makes 16 psi is that my problem or is it my tune thanks

But can you tighten the bolt with the turbo still on or do I have to pull the turbo off?

Nah before tune he just said tighten it a bit more and it come on harder and stop boost jerking around in high rpm

Hi just got new 12 psi actuator and flapper mod but up in high top the boost feels a bit jerky and was told by tuner I need to tighten actuator bolt can I do this without taking the turbo off any help would be great thanks

Hey boys just got my car tuned with hp tuners got v3 kit high flow cat and cobra tech pump but when it's on a quarter of a tank and u give it a hit its like there's a big flat spot but on a full tank it's ok it a 6 speed auto

Hi I pulled out my icc to run a mechicnal boost gauge line when I went to connect everything nothing works I pulled the 4 out of the bottom and the big one in the middle only security fault came up at frist now nothing auto electron check it and said its not getting power and wants $800 to fix any ideas it's a 05 typhoon thanks Shaun

Hey guys I wnt to upgrade my cat and keep stock exhaust do I get a 3 inch or 3 and a half ends to suit a 05 typhoon it has a 5 inch body 100cpi any prices and info on places in Sydney and anyone done it thanks

Had mechicnal oil gauges for years in ford escorts never had 1 problem just don't know if it suit the factory oil sender

I know electric is easy better and is legal but my kids brought it is it that much of a pain in the ringhole to fit a mechicnal one ?

Hi I am having problems with my 6 speed auto I had A shifter linkage problem they fix it but when car is cold the car won't go into drive it has reverse neutral they come up on the dash but no drive after 30'seconds it clicks into gear I've had a scanning tool on it and it showed a speed senser problem car is a 05 typhoon stock standard car also backfires to only sometimes need some help thanks

Hi filling up petrol today went to leave car had no gears drive or reverse it a bf typhoon 6 speed auto the gear lever feels lose when u go from park to drive and on the dash board it's says neutral car is standard and it just had a gearbox service 2 months ago any help is it a megatronic unit

Got the invoice to prove it I was quoted by a few shops in Sydney they where around 600 mark what can I say its black and white I suppose

Hi just got my gearbox serviced with genuine zf oil and metal pan for my bf typhoon from a gearbox place from bankstown I paid $480 incl gst a bargin I reckon any one keen I post up phone number thanks

Thanks for everyone's advice I rang cresent motorsports today very helpful they do metal pan service and tranny cooler for around $ 1300 sounds good to me

Hi. I own a 05 typhoon and I just hit 100000km and was wondering if I should use a metal pan or replace it with a plastic one and should I get a better tranny cooler when I am there any help would be good thanks
