  1. Yeh it's normal. If you put your foot flat you can feel a couple of notches this is a auto kickdown so for WOT without kickdown you don't need to hold it on the floor. Funny story. The idiot at the dyno day in mt gambier said my box was f*cked cause it wouldn't stay in the selected gear. Only cause he was trying to put his foot through the floor.
  2. That's the great thing about the auto. Unless u close the throttle no losing boost.
  3. The zf opened up my eyes in terms of performance out of a auto trans. Great for any occasion. I have a Bf mkii T ute with about 310rwkw an 97,000 and has not missed a beat yet. My track car an occasional weekend driver if it's not broken is my ef falcon with a DOHC turbo motor an 6 speed manual. As a daily I'd recommend the auto hands down. But if your likely to be doin dumb sh!t every weekend maybe then the 6 speed manual?
  4. Hi. I'm a new guy to the forum. An what can I say. It's unbelievable what a great wealth of knowledge here. Just a quick question. I'm goin to the 1/8th mile strip at Portland for a run on Friday and wondering what the go is for a separate overflow for the radiator. On my ef coon I just had it running into a coke bottle. I know there is a hole under the header tank for over flow. Do I just jam a hose up there. Open to any suggestions. Cheers Justin.
  5. I have the same rims as the car in your profile pic. Great upgrade over the standard calipers. I could only imagine how good the 6 pots would be.
  6. 4 pots will clear a 18. I have them on my ute.
