What angle is that 4 inch pipe? Is it 45 degree like the rubber reducer?

Hey guys The switch has been dicky in my passenger front window for weeks now and hasnt been working, now all of a suddon the driver and the passenger will not work? From the master unit on drivers door I can open both back windows and the back switches work aswell but front wont move at all, I had a look at the fuses but theres no fuse layout on the cover where do I find that? Anyone know if they run on 2 seperate fuses fronts and then backs or if they even have a fuse? Any help would be great cheers

hey fellas my power steering pump in my fg xr6t has sh*t itself so I went and priced a new one they want $290 plus freight? I remember getting one for my old ba xr6 ute and it was only 140 or so from the same place, are the pumps different? or am I gettting jipped this time? I see them advertised on ebay for around $150 plus $30 for the pulley for a brand new unit , I think the one I priced localy was for a "new" which they actualy are refurbished and painted old ones?

deff go rear out not centre I have just an fgxr6t and took centre out this week and had it put back in and tryed the rear the next day and its a million times nicer then the centre out which sounds like a tractor if u ask me, id imagine it would be the same result in an f6

I have factory fitted leather headrests with dvd players which I never have used as im 22 and have no kids haha, wonder how hard it would be to take out? the dvd is inserted into to top of headrest when u press and pop screen out, I have no idea how its all powered or how hard this would be though? anyone have anymore info?

Well just had the centre put back in and the rear removed for a straight pipe and twin 3" tips put on, and all I can say is that I wish I did it the first time! Sounds alot better then the centre renoved, not as loud and tractor like, and isnt hardly drony at all in the cab! So for anyone I would deff not reccoment removing centre muffler on a fg id assume the others would be the same, but each to their own I guess

wish I read that before getting it done haha, I thort most people get the centre removed and it sounded good that's why I wemt with that. may try the rear romoved and centre re added haha

hey fellas ive got a 08 fgxr6t and just had the centre muffler removed and replaced with straight through pipe, its alot louder then I thort and does drone a fair bit, considering getting it put back in and maybe try the rear muffler removal? or is it going to be similar sound wise? it does sound okay when I got a mate to drive past when he was giving it abit it sounded like a jet but yeah not so great when driving around normally. ill try get a vid clip tommorrow.

Hey guys my car seems to be staying in gear for a long period of time, some times I have to put it in sports mode just to shift it up them back to auto? Any readon why it might be doing this? Its mainly when giving it a little tjen backing of it stays in the gear revving its head off?

Nah the car is stock as a rock mate! When on full throttle it sits and stays on 13 psi

Hey guys just installed a boost gauge and the gauge goes up to 12-13 psi when u give it abit I thort a stock fg was around 9 or 10 psi? Is there any reason why it goes that high? Could I have done somthing wrong? I put t piece in the bov vac line? Just because it goes that high I assume that means its running that boost? Or do u wait for it to drop in higher reca to tell how much pai u are running? This is my first turbo car and I have never tried reading a boost gauge before, Sorry if its a stupid question

They are angled at the driver , not alot but I can easily read them I didnt want them facing me to much, and looking out of wack if u get me..

The gauges hadent been ever used in the photo! that's just where it was from factory! No worries goliath!

I only had carbon but I may try the matt black idea , would suit better maybe

After reading the thread that fleety made, well I think it was fletty lol I thort to myself I would give it ago myself, it came up pretty good I think and the carbon wrap looks pretty cool aswell, it was my first atemp at vinyle wraping also so the carbon affect did stretch in some spots but ill give it ago one day to do it better.. anyway heres a few pics,what do you think? if anyone else is interested I wouldnt mind making one for them for a few bucks on the side , pm me if interested!
