car wont start with relay box under bonnet plugged in but will with unplugged would etc be cooked wastegate solinoid is ticking when ignition turned on computer saying don't fire up

found problem it was intercooler hoses not fitted properly

when I accelerate there is a sound coming from engine bay that sounds like a siren but can't here it when it idles it does it everytime I accelerate could it be turbo related or throttle related
