Ok so I looked up the law and the dealer is now agreeing that they where ment to give a warranty Yes I did test drive it, it was in the wet and it progressively has gotten slower in the week I was driving it. Actuator is connected and it does make some turbo noise. Maby the cat is stuffed? Oh well it's the dealers problem now...

Ok so best I could get was 14.5sec 0-100kph with the car weight and drivetrain loss it's about 100kw... No wonder it feels so slow! So I will now check the acctuator rod I guess.

Just recently got my first xr6t and it dosn't feel much different to the auto rental xr6's I have driven. Should it wheel spin in second when I dump the throttle at about 3k in the wet? Do the standard xr6t feel much quicker than non turbo's? I have done the solenoid clean and checked the pipework for leaks and fixed a torn rubber going to the throttle body and it's not much better
