if its the same as ba/bf which im guessing is similar... at each side of the seat the bar that goes through has a white flat piece joined and a little u-shape piece, flick that off pull white plastic up and it will release the bar

whichever way you go your not going to get a sound as good as running of a head unit

Hey guys Just seeing if anyone knows of, or recommends a decent spray painter in the newcastle or central coast area? Not overly expensive but decent job to get some of my car resprayed. As it is a rebuild the shell and that is all painted so I will not need everything done. I will need front bar, front panels, bonnet, side skirts, 4 doors and boot painted the rest is already done. It will be a different color to existing. Any help, ideas, recommendations greatly appreciated Cheers

Hey guys sorry its probably so simple but has me stuffed. HTF do you remove the ECU? It has 3 of those weird screws that are flat on top, its like u have to grab them with pliars and turn them but they wont budge, its got me stumped. If it means making me look like an idiot feel free but plz help haha cheers guys

doesnt ford sell the cans of actually touch up paint with the right paint code? Nothing will be a complete match if paint work is faded but

Hey guys Got thinking about the footwell lamps in some of the turbo models, as it seems, not all models. From memory of the vehicles I have seen it is a wedge globe socket up under the dash but the few cars ive had have not had this socket installed already. Have people added these wedge globes and sockets to their cars before to add some subtle blue footwell lighting or have gone about it other ways? Please no "neon bars/lights" im not a 17 yr old p plater in a 2k car lol basically, where can u get the wedge sockets from or other ways of going about it cheers guys

Basically, the shell came with all the wiring and everything still in it but it was running the zf 6 spd auto and mine is only the 4 spd auto so is there anything different in the looms at all, extra wiring different wiring? Cheers

sorry to argue but no you dont need to go to ford. As long as you take the top thin white plug off the top and the big blue base plug at bottom and put them onto the colour screen it will work straight up ive done this upgrade to 3 cars and all have worked. Doesnt matter if their new or 2nd hand as long as u take the big white and blue plugs of your current icc and move them across

Hey guys was recently a post regarding same sort of question, gearbox in NA and turbo but it only related to auto. Question is: Is the T5 manual gearbox the same in the NA as it is in the turbo or is the turbo one slightly strengthened? Im guessing they would be the same considering the t5 in turbos dont barely last with any power but thought id find out anyways. Cheers
