I had same issue, battery was farkked, could jump start it and go for a drive all ok, as soon as you switched off the engine, no start, battery replaced all ok

took my car down the strip for the first time, 306rwkw 06bf xr6t and on stock wheels + tyres. 11.977sec @122mph

got the car out to willowbank tonight, with the above mods and on street tyres (32psi cold) I managed to run 11.977sec 1/4 mile. 1.944 60ft, 122mph not bad I dont think

I'm not sure but looking up the guys of it there is no way its 3 1/2 inch. off to willow bank now

hey all quick question, when I had my tune a few months back was told my rear muffler was restricting more power, 4in dump and single 3 1/2in xforce stainless system. must be the first series xforce rear muffler. my plan is to just remove the rear muffler all together and fit up a peice of 3 1/2in pipe to put in its place, will I need a re-tune? cheers in advance

are the rotors glazed? did you replace the rotors or have them machined? if not a bit of emery tape and rough up the surface of the disc and pads

mine is 05/06 and is a mark 1, anything after the 5th month 2006 is mark 2, so I was told be the local ford dealer,

do it properly and go the intank and a pw surge with 044 pump off kev, you will not be disapointed, my theroy is go hard from the start so you dont have to go backwards in the future

this happened to me the other morning, that etc light came on and it was idling really rough, switched her off and re started and it was ok, maybe the throttle body on its way out but I checked all the plugs and pins and tightened it all up

He made 573.9rwhp on a dyno run by people who had no idea how to use it, ramping up the car nearly flew off the dyno cos the straps were hardly held on, 50-100mm of slack easy, it was very close, they had people walk out of the crowd to show them how to do it, I was very disappointed, hopefully later on during the day they sorted that out. but in saying that marks car made a few very good runs, he had a few people amazed, a guy standing next to me was saying it was standard and my gosh the look on his face when it came on boost... Some people need to learn a bit of respect. A car is a car and if you love cars like I do well I hope a few of us out there cut the bs and help out a bit more.. There's no place for jealous fu*ks out there in the moded car game so come on guys lets help out and get our fords out there and bash some boost

you could try ajusting the push rod on the clutch pedal, to tell you the truth I've never delt with a manual ford, undo the lock nnut and wind the rod in a little bit, and see how you go, other wise you will be up for a clutch

the thing with ethanol,, you need more of it to make power, you will here of people getting say 500-600km per tank on 98 pump fuel but on e85 tune they will get maybe 300km per tank, reason you need bigger injectors blah blah blah.... ethanol is going to be the way of the future at the pump...... but its how you use it is to how its going to beinfit your ride just stb and all is ok.... right mark?
