Bruce said the Trans was not liking it by the end, it was spinning, I think it was making about 470kw on 22psi or something like that. How come you went for the C4 and not the powerglide?

The 2's are fine, they cant use them too tune the BF's becuase of the software upgrade to include the ZF tuning. They are still able to tune 4spd autos & 5 or 6spd manuals with the 2's. Bruce still tunes with the first Gen flash boxes on odd occaisons.

The car was running 305kw on the generic tune but was stupidly lean. got it back to 285kw @ 9psi.Very happy with it now. Ended up buying a XCAL3 for it all to happen. Definately worth it. Selling my XCAL2 if anyone is keen. not sure what they are worth so $300 o.n.o In other news, was put to work today as a Balast Weight on XRQTER on the dyno. Was faarkin amazing! bloody scary though

might be a silly question, but im thinking of having a crack at this myself but I live about 1 1/4 hours from my tuner. is it safe to drive it the 70kms after the install without having a retune?

I know I promised myself I would keep it stock but jus cant help myself and on that note, if any of u rich Faarkins with your F6's wanna sell your cooler let me know! hoping to do injectors and a pump with the cooler upgrade to make 310-320 something like that

From what ive been told, you can make about 330rwkw with just an F6 intercooler and the other relevant mods. Im doing the stealth thing with the stock piping on my BF and it should be fine. Like Dillz said, B series piping can hold lots of boost so if your after the stock look why change it

Spoke to ryan today, they cant service the ZF's. and he said the guy they use for trans uses genuine oil so is bloody expensive

Yea good mate, few little things needed minor attention but all sorted. Found out is has an aftermarket cat so its overboosting with the generic tune bruce loaded on. Picked up an Xcal2 so will take it up to bruce this week for a custom tune. good to be back in one mate. anyone recomend someone north for the ZF servicing?

I had the Red Blue ones with my 044 and Surge Tank and I never had a problem with them.
