because everything is still in this recession, aren't they sending everything off shore to be made because it is cheaper and help save the companies from going down even if t means losing a few employees? even heard that they will start relocation people from over seas into housing and everything as they can work them at a much cheaper rate

well when I looked at all the stage one options with sydney places the common thing between them all was tune and injectors, then stage two is your cooler piping, cat converter ect.

ok so got it all sorted now and very happy with it considering what everyone has said about it doing nothing. I have the 4inch intake so maybe the 3.5 or 3 isnt as good I dont know but it made a huge difference to sound now the silence muffler thing is removed. I cant wait to put a pod on it and see if it sounds louder. you cant hear it all the time but as soon as you put your foot down you get a much louder spool sound photo of it attached. not happy about the pink dot on the turbo. what is it a girls turbo!

I think a could starting point is throwing on the 17's and if they have better grip. will get you more flex in the rears when taking off and are much lighter then the 19's

when you get a basic tune they usually change the injectors and tune so I think it sounds like its worth changing. isnt a 3" intake a tad small? I read that 3.5-4" is the best for fg's because if you go smaller it restricts the airflow as the stock one is 3inch at turbo and 4inch at the crossover. I know the bf's work well with the 3 and spool harder too but fg's not so much with the smaller turbos

might have to head off and grab one tomorrow. is it better to loosen the cross over or remove the intercooler pipe as well then? If I get that torque bit then I can finally remove the airbox lid and take out that restricter I keep hearing about

hey guys so I am pretty sh*t house when it comes to car engines and cars in general. I bought a 4inch intake to replace the silencer and went to put it on today but what an effort, I think I need to remove the intercooler pipe to slip it off but the hose clamps have got weird covers over them or something and I dont have the funky star tool to remove the bolts for the cross over either so I can loosen that and slip it off that way. Any help would be much appreciated guys. if I can maybe get the star tool then I might buy a new pod filter system so I can hear the spool in sydney if anyone one wants to be hands on with it haha

yeah just checked it out looks ok. let me know how it goes and if its easy to put on. im sh*t with cars and have a 4inch intake just sitting here waiting to go in as im scared ill f*ck it and wont know what im doing hahaha
